Install any file manager from the Android Market (I recommend OI File Manager or Astro) and use it to browse to the Root Explorer .apk file and install it.

Stock rom was permanently rooted and has no problems acessing ROOT
Flashed with http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1430794
BinDroid_Stock_EU_1.05.401.4_R2_2.3.5_SXL
Superuser says "ES File Explorer has been granted Superuser permissions" and after 1 seccond : " Sorry test filed. This feature cannot run on your phone''
Flashed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1420841&page=13
and it says the same. When i reinstall ES File explorer i can access ROOT but when i reboot phone and enter again ES File Explorer and try access ROOT it says the same "ES File Explorer has been granted Superuser permissions" and after 1 seccond : " Sorry test filed. This feature cannot run on your phone''
So every time when i want access ROOT after phone reboot i have to reinstall EX file Explorer
Funny thing is that on My Incredible S with Bindroid ROM is exactly the same. I am confused what is wrong in Bindroid releases or whats wrong with latest ES File Explorer included in Bindroid releases... because this problem don't persist with another builds..

I had this problem too but using RCMix3D ROM, oddly enough it sorted once I installed root explorer and used that. Then I just tried using ES file explorer out of curiosity and now it works.
I figured it out now some way.
In bindroid ROMs the ES File Explorer is included in Flash, it is system app. When u install ES File Explorer from market or from backup (like me) everything works fine till u restart your phone. The ES File Explorer included in system app is back, and ROOT does not work anymore. So i installed older ES File Manager version. get root acess and locate /system/app/ folder and delete "com.estrongs.android.pop.apk" from there. So now i got only mine user installed app not system.
Works fine now.

Glad to hear, although it seems like a pain. I guess you will need to remove it every time you flash!
It should not be like that, but at least it works. Intresting, problem is in latest ES File Explorer or in Bindroid ROMs.
p.s. I'm not flashing my phone every day And installing ES File Explorer from market or backup and remove system flashed takes max 1 minute. Yea but pain anyway

Report in the corresponding thread might get a bugfix on this, instead of creating a new thread for it.

Thank You for reply! Thank You for your ROMs. I'm trying to search corresponding threads. In DEV section i can not post because i'm new in this forum, and yes DEV section is more for developing not for people like me. Only if in BinDroid site.

It's still there just use a different file manager.. I use root Explorer and it's in /sdcard/Android/obb if you are using the stock file manager, it may not let you see it.
