Ok so I manually updated my n1 to the frf85.. Will I still get a notification to update it or no?

facebook messenger is good, notify me when get messages but need something to get notifications real time to the status bar? anyone?

OTA ICS ROM mail application question

This may seem like a dumb question... But here goes...
How in the &*#% do you change the notification sound in the stock mail app??? I've been everywhere and can't find it. It seems to use it's own as even the default notification sound isn't tied to it.
Any help would be appreciated!

Notification sound

Hey guys first I want to say I love this phone I am running Arhd 20.2 problem I'm having is that when I change my notification sound it changes when I get a whatsapp or email but when I get a regular text its different from the one I apply is there a different setting for text messages than from notification? Thanks

Text notifications are set within the text app under settings

I'm not sure I might be just totally missing it but I don't see text settings anywhere

No notifcations in gear

In gear manager I select on left side 'Notifications' then on the right side they are all ticked like email and messaging etc...
But I get none, no sms and no gmail and no stock email from email app, no facebook, no twitter, nothing!!!

Also..........I seen a video review showing how when watch is in the vacinity of the phone it doesnt need unlocking using a pattern.........,,, just tried it on mine and failed

I am still on 4.2 stock could that be what is causing no notifications.....
or could it be Apex Launcher.....will try that one,....
So far all I can use the watch is to make and receive calls, nothing else

For full features, you need a touchwiz rom. If you use custom, you get most (limited) features
