Is there an app that will give me just the MIUI Lockscreen? before you all start on me, i have searched already, just someone direct link me pkease? if it is possible/existing already??

I have not a clue about how to develop Roms or how to help out in any which way! but i would like to learn if any of you get some spare time to tutor me maybe? and i'm using that but i prefer to use Xperia Z launcher and i wanted to know whether i could have just the lockscreen, or could anyone suggest a great lockscreen app???
The best and most customizable lockscreen app is widget locker.
It's definitely worth the money!

I really like the look and feel of the MIUI lockscreen though, with Widget locker can i theme it to be like MIUI?

Just install the miui launcher and then switch back to your old launcher, turn off lockdown UN strings and it should work

Anyway to port it on our GB Sense 3.5 ROMS?

Maybe you should give a try at Go Launcher Ex and apply kovdev's ICS theme (it is easy to find in the market). It themes dock, icons and wallpapers.
By changing the launcher you'll keep the Sense apps (dialer, messages, facebook, settings, ...), the statusbar and the lockscreen with its alert system. What will change is the dock, the app drawers and the desktop. Go Launcher is flexible, folders can be created in the app drawer and in the desktop (the desktop ones can include shortcuts and bookmarks).
Also, consider that by in launchers different than Sense you cannot have the HTC widgets.
Rosie can still be accessed by creating a shortcut with Anycut.
Okay, I accept with that the Go Launcher is a cool launcher application but as you said Sense widgets are not available.

There is no perfect solution yet, until we get a stable ICS rom. I found that I could live without Sense widgets, but I understand that it is a matter depending on taste and on how one uses his phone.
After buying my DHD I kept Rosie without trying to replace it for almost one year... until I discovered that with ADW Launcher I could get more than 4 x 4 icons per screen. That was so addictive that I never turned back
Later I left ADW for GO.
You should experiment until you find a setup that suits your needs, if you think Rosie is the place to be look up for themes for your ROM.

A different launcher would do the trick. Only suggestion I can offer at the moment.
Kind of a shame to lose some of the Sense features though.
I tried using Nova Prime today and, even though I really like it, I ended up back with Sense. I used it all the time on my One X. I love hiding the dock and changing other things, but it just isn't miles better than Sense anymore.
Anyway, maybe you might like it. It'll give you a good number of ways to customize the dock.

You can use vrtheme with a zip for change the png of the dock in sense.
However, for trickdroid this mod excits!
I found a mod in the Themes & Apps section. I saw it before but I didn't know the dock was considered the "nav bar". There were no screenshots. I decided to just try it and it made the dock transparent.
Wouldn't it be easier to include in a custom rom Apex Launcher and to collect HTC ONE widgets? I did such a thing with SexyNogen Mod v2.5 and used Apex with widgets... I don't have the knowledge to cook a ROM so if someone would like to help I would share the necessary "parts" .

Clock and wheather, youtube, facebook , runtastic and news... I have them through Apex launcher and desktop visualizer, but I was wondering if someone could include them in a custom rom? I saw a youtube video wich is similar to what I am trying to say.

you could try an app on playstore like widget but I don't know if this is the right thing for you.
If the lockscreen needs the touchwiz framework to work then chances are bad that some po ne ports it

Short answer, no. Long answer, it would take alot of time to port it and there are not as many devs for this phone.
