If it is anything like when I first signed up with my HTC One X, then it can take several days before you get the email through. If it hasn't happened after a week, send them an email. It'll get sorted eventually.

No I didn't
I got my 25GB dropbox space immediately by following the instructions.
I never got my storage, sim free device in the UK.
Got my 25gb or should I say 23gb of storage right away... on a sim free uk htc one.
Got mine i now have 81 GB of storage, had 56GB and the extra 25

Got mine right after the setup. I think you have to use the photo upload feature once.

I'm on a sim-free device, also in the UK.
I got my 23gb. Seems to be a bit patchy.
If it's like when I got my one X you need to follow a set of instructions to get your 25gb space, I remember I needed to complete 5 out of 7 tasks like using Dropbox features installing it on another computer...
Just check the getting started page or something like that

I didn't get mine, but I didn't expect it. I had it from a previous HTC phone (expires December this year), and you are only entitled to it once per account.
If you read up on the drop box site if you had free space from another htc sense phone like one x you will not get it this time.

I got mine immediately as well (o2 Germany). Still got the 25gb from my old Galaxy S3 as well, on the same dropbox account, activated approx. 9 months ago.
i have a 50 GB box cloud, dating back to feb 2012. when there was an offer for lifetime for new android users.

Yeh I got my extra drop box storage and once I'd finished it said I have 73.3 gb left don't know why I've got so much storage but I'm not complaining

It's trigger once you do a photo upload. You get an email. Mine was 2 days later.

yeah me too i got it two times and so i have 76,375gb. it was activated by first time loggin in into dropbox
Still none for me, sent a message to dropbox support but no response.

2012 september I bought an One X and added the free storage we all got from HTC Yayy. But now I got the One for a couple weeks. I guess we also get some free storage as well with the One. But can I add this extra storage to my present Dropbox account?

There's a promotion that gives you 25GB of free Dropbox space for 2 years.
It doesn't work on all carriers, though. I have AT&T, and they specifically opted out of the promotion. Even running an international ROM that had the setup wizard mention the 25GB didn't get it to trigger.
It will not be claimable since you can avail only once. I just wish that they at least extend the free 25gb to another 2 years.

As I came across the exact same situation, and after some search, it is perfectly clear through the promotion's specifics on dropbox site that you can only have ONE promotion applied per dropbox account. The promotion includes HTC sense UI 4-5 versions. So as I had the exact One X promotion applied last year, I can not apply this year's sense 5 promotion to the same account. Please note tha the promotion is valid for 2 years after application, and for sence 5 it is valid if applied up to the end of 2014. So in my case the promotion from One X will be void next year around May, so hopefully if I still possess the phone I will be able to use another 25GB for 2 years more. Just to mention, although I can not use 2 Sense promos on the same time, I did use Samsung promo for 48GB with the same account. Hope I helped a bit! :fingers-crossed:
I have the 64 gig Dev One purchased from let's talk with an att LTE sim and received my 25 gig of storage a couple weeks ago. I did absolutely nothing but add my Dropbox account to this phone.

I just signed in with Dropbox and got my free 25GB quick and simple, using it too
yeah once you got the promotion you wont be able to get it again with another HTC device
find someone with a new s3 or s4 that dont use dropbox and youll get another 50gb

Dropbox is popular and integrates with almost everything tho. Does Box upload your picture right after you take them?

I got an email yesterday that said , congratulations, you are now a power user of drop box and also said I had gained 23 gb for two years . ATT with a HTC one also a GS4 with ATT , any connection?

I use copy. I have 400gb and you get 15 when you first start and 5 more using someone's referral. It auto uploads my photos and I've almost completely moved from Dropbox to copy.

I am sure at least a few of these could be 'ported' over to us once 5.5 is released for the International. The awesome devs here have been able to implement newer Sense keyboards and camera features in the past, so I'm sure it's still very possible now. Plus, they've already found ways to disable blinkfeed. I'm sure we will end up getting Sense 5.5 anyway, unless HTC decides to skip it and go straight to Sense 6 for the US variants. LOL.
Yea either way since its staying at 4.3 unless unluckily its 4.3.1 we will be able to port over just as easily by just adding our firmware and what not i would think.

After 4.3 update, my "others" is 6.84gb, on this screen shots, the "others" is 16GB, and only 13GB space left. What's others? how can we reduce that? and if the others is 16GB, I don't want it.
would this require an "OTA" that would have to go through the carriers like android versions do? or could HTC just send us the update directly?
I heard they were doing to 4.3 update in two parts, one is update us to 4.3 and then send a second update to update us to sense 5.5 probably around the debut of the HTC one max.

Assuming you're rooted, grab a root explorer/browser and check out data/media. That's your old "sdcard" stuff. Now, it goes to the /data/media/0 folder. Copy and move it over to the new location. You can also do this in Aroma File Manager through TWRP or CWM.
