Hi.. I've followed this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1400580 and done some mods in my framework to make my GB 2.3.5 framework have an ICS theme to it.. The Popups are now dark with white text but in importing/exporting contacts such as a VCF File the Text Color is still black. I figured that this is somewhere in Contacts.apk.. Can Someone please tell me which xml Contacts.apk to make this black text into white? Or could it be still in framework-res.apk? Thanks in advance..

I´m running latest Htcclay's SuperBad release and i´m looking for a metamorph package in order to change the dialer background image.
Anyone can provide any metamorph file or any "customized" (plain colours, black or grey as background) phone.apk file?

Try looking in the contacts.apk res folder, you'll find what you're looking for there.

can someone tell me how i get the white notificationbar like in the older versions (froyo, eclair...)

IF you are using CM based roms, the option is inbuilt to change your status bar colours.
IF you want to do it in a stock rom, you need to replace the png file "statusbar_background.9.png" in the /res/drawable-hdpi folder in the Systemui.apk app. You will also need to make xml and smali edits to make your text black so that it shows up on the white statusbar.

I think you might need a custom launcher for that. Idk if it's possible to change background with stock rom/launcher.
I know it is possible with Go Launcher and ADW Launcher. Search them from play and look around at the settings.

if You Can Edit Framework , Or Go To ChocobreadV2.2 rom , and Download Choco-BeeBlueStyle, and edit Choco-BeeBlueStyle Framework .

You will need to decompile framework-res.apk and change the wallpaper to whatever you like. Recompile it and flash it via cwm..

If you like an image must be decompiler framework-res.apk and put you image here. Dont forgot to add an id for this file on public.xml in values folder.
For change black color you must edit style.xml replace any color yo want change towallpaper
replace "@color/black" with like this "@drawer/bg_wallpaper" for exampl.

Im making a theme for a ics based rom for the droid razr & maxx. How can i change the lockscreen clock, date and carrier font color to ics blue? I know its somewhere in the framework.res in an xml but im lost finding it. I have already decomplied the apk. Can you guys point me in the right direction and tell me what i need to change?

Now i'm using Simplicity v5 with 5.2 patch, and i have watched this tutorial of framework-res.apk ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010679). I've tried it but my 5830i doesn't turn on.
I put the same images with the same size but with transparent background and restarted my mobile and doesn't turn on.
Can you help me by uploading a framework-res.apk with transparent backgroun, please?

Because 9 pngs cannot be directly edited
You need to decompile it to edit them
