I've been experiencing slow WiFi speeds compared to my other devices. Same network, just slow speeds on the HTC One. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Let me guess, developer edition?
Yes, developer edition. Has this been discussed? I tried to search for it but couldn't find anything.

Are you on the stock Rom? Because that's a known issue for a few ROMs when you choose to flash the AT&T settings

Does anyone know if I can use sprint custom Roms on a CREDO HTC One? They run on the Sprint network, but have their own weird activation process. I assume since I'm already activated the phone will continue to work just like when I flashed phones previously on Verizon.
Anyone have experience with this?

Yes you can. I have viper running on mine under CREDO Mobile.
Sweet, thank you. I assume the flashing process is the same, nothing weird I have to do?

It's all the same. Just be certain its for the sprint variant and not verizon/etc.
Excellent.

I'd also like to note that I was able to install and use cyanogenmod snapshot M9 and slimrom 4.4 roms but I had to tweak the APN networks such that they were n.w1.ispn instead of n.ispn. After doing that, everything was peachy.
ViperOne auto-detects this and it isn't an issue.
Has anyone noticed that Local Server Multiplayer seems to be broken on the HTC One?
I thought it was just my phone, but I'm now on my second phone and it still is not working.
Anyone else having this issue?

I'm sorry, but even after I did search it seemed like many were having issues on play services 4.0. I thought this was fixed with 4.1?

nope
My GE HTC One has been having horrible battery life the last few days. Android System and Mediaserver have been slaughtering my battery within an hour and i want to know why. My possible thoughts are
Snapchat +Keepchat xposed extension (it saves all snaps to your internal mem)
Or settings issue?
Im exhausted and was hoping someone could give me advice to wake up to and try out tomorrow.
(BTW, its not partial wakelocks (caused by apps) because i got an xposed app that lets you disable wakelocks per app, and i knocked out any indecent wakelocks).
All help will be thanked!!!

about all I can suggest is that you wipe everything and flash the rom with stock kernel.
add apps one at a time and you should be able to work out what's using your battery.
I quit using snapchat and keepchat, it helped alot.

HEY HEY HEY. ITS NEITHER SNAPCHAT OR KEEPCHAT.

So ive been doing some reading, and apparently android 4.4.2 (across all devices) has a bug causing 100% cpu and battery to be diverted to the camera once an app has opened it. Google is aware, and working on a update. Should restore things to the way they were normally

Not all devices, just those where the camera uses a Qualcomm chipset, such as the Nexus 5.
Google releases software updates to the Nexus 5. They do not release updates to the HTC One, HTC does. Even for the GPE.
