Nope, it's not in closed beta anymore. On their website it looks like it's not even in limited test markets anymore, although looking at their site's "where can I use it page?" it suggests only Salt Lake and Austin, but a city search pulls up locations here in Los Angeles.
It's in the app store for all (with compatible devices) to download: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=isis%20mobile%20wallet&c=apps
I just installed it on my VZW Droid Maxx, but it's not available for my T-Mo HTC One.

the moto x is an isis approved device but i download it from google. I need the apk so i can side load the app.
I need the AT&T ISIS apk too (I have an AT&T S4 with a TMO advanced sim but it won't work). It seems like it wants the AT&T ISIS app, not the TMO app (or one simply cannot mixed and match phones, ISIS apps, and simcards).
Thanks,
Edgar

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the at&t LG G2 with T-Mobile secure Sim. I'm able to download the T-Mobile Isis app and bypass the root check but when trying to activate it the app says "unable to communicate with Isis." I've tried market unlocked to change the play store market (to at&t) but I can't find Isis is the results. When I try through the website, it tells me I don't have any compatible devices.
I'm hoping the at&t Isis app works for me.
This is ripped directly from the Play Store. It doesn't work with my GPe HTC One, though.

Device problems
I downloaded the app using the 'evozi apk downloader' I would post the link but I am new to commenting on the forum.
The problem I am having on my AT&T Moto X, is it says I do not have a compatitble device. If someone could find a way for it to skip that test, that would be the best.
If anyone could get rid of this error, I would be estactic.

Modifying/Faking CID for Softcard

I purchased a factory unlocked Moto X. I'm trying to use softcard with AT&T. However, after going through registration and choosing a pin, the app reports that it isn't compatible with my phone.
Based on what I've read, you have to have an carrier locked phone and it might be looking at the CID (not 100% of this). Is there any way to change or fake the CID? Is there anyway to get softcard working on an unlocked phone? Or can I just install the AT&T android version?
I'm wondering the same thing except I have a Verizon LG G2 (VS980) to use on T-mobile. I talked to someone at softcard tech support who told me that I could only use softcard with a T-mobile branded phone because "unlocked" phones are not supported. The LG G2 comes unlocked with both CDMA an GSM radios from the factory and it isn't an aftermarket unlock.
I have 3 phones on T-mobile and none of them are T-mobile. I guess not allowing softcard on other brand's phones is just another way to get people to buy T-mobile's overpriced phones. Hopefully someone knows a workaround because there are some really good softcard promos. Would also love information about using softcard with an AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on T-mobile.
I'm not sure about your question specifically.... But you would need an unlocked bootloader to attempt anything like that. ?

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 SM-N9600 Dual SIM in USA questions

So Samsung released stupid colors in the USA. I want to get a black Samsung Galaxy Note 9 SM-N9600 Dual SIM to use on At&t since it is unlocked and a Snapdragon.
Will Samsung pay work in the USA on this model?
If not, is it possible to flash US unlocked firmware to get the Samsung pay feature?
I am not looking to root or unlock the bootloader, just want a full feature version in a non stupid/black color.
Same situation, waiting for anyone to help??
Did you figure it out?
I can help here... First off you are better off getting the dual SIM model N960F/DS. That model more closely resembles the US model (I have the Note 8 N950F/DS) and it works fine in the US. It has Samsung Pay BUT you need to find a version where Samsung Pay exists in the country it was designed for and where your credit cards work on Samsung pay IN THAT COUNTRY. For example I have a UAE model where they have Samsung Pay. It works fine for my Citi card, but not my amex card that worked on my ATT model.
The model above is available in black. Find it on eBay. They are generally cheaper than the US versions.
I have had no issues whatsoever using this version in the US .
I'm waiting for my n960f/DS to arrive. In blue!!
Using n9600 here on vzw. Working fine. No volte yet, but I will flash pr fw, and have working volte.
Samsung pay will work on the international dual Sim model.
rooting will make it not work.

I have one on T mobile, and it doesn't work.
They are releasing two new colors in the U.S. in October, Deep Black and Cloud Silver.

Root it, flash tekhd zip. You will have volte, WiFi calling. I have a rooted n9600 working with volte, WiFi calling, and visual voicemail on Verizon wireless. Some odm changes are needed.

Can you post how you got everything working? What firmware did you start with, my phone should be here tomorrow so don't know what I'm getting yet. Any help would be appreciated.
SM-N9600 Chinese Version?
I live in Toronto, Canada and I recently bought a Note 9 off someone in a private sale. It's the SM-N9600 model. I noticed that it has a lot of Chinese writing on the software during initial setup, and was different than the setup I'm used to (it didn't take me through Google account setup and also had a bunch of weird Chinese app stuff for something called Baidu, etc). In fact, it didn't even have the Play Store! I had to side load the Play Store APK then download all my apps and set my phone up that way. The Samsung Members app is still all in Chinese. Is this normal? And is there a way that I can reset the device or flash a Firmware (even if it's a factory reset where I lose my data and have to set up again) to have normal operation (i.e. Google being part of the initial setup from the beginning without having to side-load anything and to get rid of all the Chinese apps)? Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Are you sure it is a legit Note 9? You shouldn't have any of these problems, also SM-N9600 is the international version so is not chinese at all

I wondered about that but literally everything else works and functions exactly as it should. The s pen works perfectly and with the apps that it should work with, I've downloaded the Galaxy theme store and use the Pixelized theme, I've logged in to my Samsung account, etc. Even bixby works like normal! Though I'm not sure I'm so happy about that one lol. Any suggestions that you could provide? ATM it's functioning fine and I've gone through a few workarounds to get it working like I need it to, but this is extremely frustrating. Also, when I go to settings, general management, contact us, it's Chinese options. Also in connections, data usage, more settings, service provider settings, "region"has only Chinese sities and
"Service provider" has China mobile and a few others (though I'm using it fine with Bell)

Would taking it into a Samsung store help? Do you think they'd flash a legit Firmware on there, and if so would they charge to do so?
First of all if you don't have the receipt they won't take your phone.
Second: do you have the phone box? I have an hard time believing it's an original Note 9, I don't know how much a clone can be similar but: samsung themes should have been already installed, translations are full in all the settings, doesn't matter which firmware it has.
Also the lack of play store and the fact that you weren't ask to register your device at first boot is really really really strange. In the best case you have a weird firmware, which already is sign of a potential scam and anything could be loaded on that phone. Ih the worst scenario that is not a Note 9. Unfortunately, i would go with the latter considering what you wrote.

I think you just have Hong Kong firmware, upside is you will have oem unlock from day one check out this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-9/help/sm-n9600-unlocked-bootloader-t3834022/page18

It's weird though. When I went through initial setup a date logged in to my Samsung account, I did get a legit email from Samsung about account registration on the new device. It's really confusing. I'm sure this is a real Note 9, just a weird (or international) Firmware

Would the Hong Kong firmware be restricted in terms of not having certain apps on setup (e.g. Play Store, etc)?

Need help this is confusing coming from apple

I'm looking at buying a rog 2 but I'm currently hesitant I've been getting told that I have to flash the phone to have Google play "certified" to work properly but when I email the seller I very basic copy and paste answers*
Example
Thank you for your interest in our product,
All our item are brand new, factory unlocked and sealed. The item also comes with Google Playstore and Services. The device will work with all GSM Carriers only and not CDMA.
Sometimes even if the frequencies matches, your network carrier would have to accept the frequencies into their network before they can be used.
Yes it uses Global ROM
Would this work in usa?

Yes it works 100% in the USA, I have AT&T, in the Houston, Texas area and have had 0 issues. This phone rocks!!

RCS ability on international unlocked version

I have the AT&T model and I'm pretty happy with it. AT&T however blocks RCS ability in the Google Messages app. I've read the various hacks and none of them seem to work for me so I'm looking at purchasing the international unlocked model. Does anyone have the international unlocked model, is using it on AT&T, and was able to get RCS through Google Messages? I swear on the head of Alexander Graham Bell that I will never purchase AT&T's faked up "advanced messaging" which only works if you AND the other person both have AT&T and have purchased this ripoff service because obviously what good would that do me?
It works fine on mine.
