Blinkfeed Questions - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Is it possible to only display weather from a location I've set? Every refresh defaults back to "current location"
When clicking the weather icon, is it possible to change out of 24hr time?

For the clock, go to clock and you must be in the world clock screen. Go to settings/local time settings and you can select or uncheck 24 clock. Go to home settings and you can search and select your home city.
For weather, open up weather and go to settings and turn off update my location.

I think he's talking about something different. Even I open my weather app and look at the hourly forecast, it's in 24 hour first.
As far as I know, there is no way to change this, annoying as it is.

app for battery usage

there is a thing under system that shows battery usage. I found a way to drop it on the touch wiz homepage tonight, then restored with titanium and can't find it anymore, anyone know where it is? I think it was a shortcut or something.
Long press home screen, shortcut, settings, battery use

So just wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to why out of no where my weather widget and unlock screen have started to not show the weather. It's happening kind of consistently... Any thoughts?

Try manually refreshing the weather by tapping on the widget and pressing menu.
Yeah I do that when I unlock it but when just hitting the unlock button to see the temp on the lock screen its showing no weather available... Major annoyance

Getting that too. I think it happened once when I drove outside city limits so the 4g changed my location and didnt update the weather settings. Weather settings for me only refreshes when I tap the weather icon, otherwise, it just stays the same on the lock screen hahah xP
Weather on clock not updating.
I have the weather app set to update hourly and to update when opened. However, whenever I wake the Vivid, the weather does not update unless I tap the weather and go to the full weather app. There I have to manually update the qweather. On my old HTC HD2, I rarely had this problem. It normally updated.
At work, I normally keep WiFi on. I now wonder if the WiFi interfers with or stops the radio connection and if the radio connection is needed for weather updates.
I have no problems with the weather lockscreen widget. I transfer often between Wi-Fi and 3g (or 4g as the phone says) daily.
I used to have this problem. I went to setting to enable weather sync. Problem solved.

Somehow on my watch I accidently changed the clock from 12 hour to 24 hour now I can't find the setting to change it back.. Does anyone know where I can find it?

Had same problem. Walked throught watch settings and didn't found anything. Seems this depends from your phone settings, but from exactly I dont know. I have done first initialization with local shop live demo unit (Galaxy S5) and got myself 12-hour clock, even changed clocks language. Then at home got my second initialization (after reset) with Galaxy S2 with CyanogenMod 11 and "voila" clock shows now 24-hour clock, maybe because I have it that way on S2 too.
And its not in the manual but I somehow got to that option.. I had to reset the watch for it to go back to 12 hr

My Neo has used 24hr clock out of the box. I think it's because that's how I set up my S4. It copied the setting from the phone. I can't find a setting on the watch to adjust it.
I ended up figuring it out.. Double tap with 2 fingers brings up the settings. I don't think that is clearly explained in the manual

Double finger tap brings up settings, double finger tap and hold brings up task manager.
pinch the clock with two fingers and a settings menu will popup.

With the digital clock on the screen, tap the screen once with two fingers. The 24 hr setting and the day setting will appear. Tap the 24 hr ribbon with one finger to change it bak to 12 hr. Then tap the settings ribbon with one finger and the digital clock will reappear.

In my case I had to go to Date and Time in my Note5's settings and turn on/off the 24 hour option. Tapping the screen with two fingers didn't work for me.

where is this weather popup coming from

Pictured is a weather popup that you cannot click on, the only way to get rid of it is to click around it and it will go away..I cannot find what app is making it popup. Any off seen it before or know how to get rid of it
Go to Settings than App and check the list of apps you have in there, maybe it's weather app and delete it

Looks like a widget built into the launcher
Popped up ghis time and says 3h weather reporter
I also have the exact same problem. I'm using go launcher, could that be it? I've found nothing in settings.
its definitely Go Launcher Ex; i turned off the Go Launcher notifications and clicked "off" 3h Weather Reporter" in Go Launcher settings

Yep, I'm sure it was Go Launcher and went to the settings to find the option but I couldn't find it at first. Because I couldn't find the option I started believing that it might be something different and I googled it, that's how I came here and I was made sure this was the problem.
After more thorough check of Go Launcher settings, I noticed there's an "advanced" option in the settings, in there is the "weather alert" option.
