If ur looping in the kernel the remove the battery..wait for 2 mins..re-insert it and try accessing cwm mode(vol up+home/center button+power button..all togather)..and flash the rom again...
If that doesnot work then Try downgrading it with 2.3.6 & root it (link given below)..then update it again following each step!..this should solve ur issue...

bootloop, download mode OK, no recovery mode

Hello,
I have S5830 with bootloop problem (Samsung logo).
I can enter download mode and ROM dump mode ( latest S5830XWKTS flashed via Odin ), but can't enter recovery mode. Phone starts with bootloop again.
Tried to flash CWM recovery via Odin http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1465599 but still - it won't enter recovery mode :/
What else can I try ?

Try to flash Stock ROM with ODIN.

if u tried to flash stock with odin with correct steps...then also bootloop.
get into recovery (power + home button...keep holding home button till u get into recovery)...wipe data n cache...n then reboot..u should be fine.

But When Boot To Lock Screen It Not Wrok Menu Key And Back Key Sometime Not Connect With PC
If Flash Back to Stock Firmware Phone Work Normal
I Need CWM or Root for This Model?

my opinion better if you flash twrp recovery for i8190n.

What should I do if the recovery mode does not open after encountering the Samsung galaxy mini 2 bootloop error?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 S6500D phone. I'm thinking of installing custom recovery and custom rom on this phone. However, after installing custom rom, bootloop problem occurs when stock rom is loaded with odin3. Because of this problem, there is a possibility that the phone will not enter the recovery mode. What should I do if my phone does not enter recovery mode due to bootloop?
