Does anyone know how to make my HW buttons smaller or is there a MOD available?
It has to be for MIUI v5.
The HW (hardware) buttons can't be resized since they are not software but physical buttons
Do you mean the software on-screen buttons?
Check the themes and apps section, maybe you can find some tips there.
I know it has been done for stock Rom

And next time don't just double post a question, because you asked the same in miui v5 thread.

Depends on the ROM type, if its designed for Clockwork or if its an actual NVFlash pack.
CW roms tend to be a round 100-200mb, and an NVFlash is around 2GB+
thanks you you you ++++

I tried installing the dualboot kernal by DerTeufel1980 but i always get stuck in bootloop while trying to boot into the secondary system.
Here's what i did:
i flashed "RemICS-JB-4.2-v2" then i flashed the dualboot kernal,
then i mounted the secondary system in the dualboot menu then flashed "Slim-I9000_dualboot_-4.2.1.Beta.2-OFFICIAL.zip" by DerTeufel1980
then i flashed the kernal, i did everything like the instructions/post said to yet all i cant boot into the secondary system at all i just get stuck in bootanimation, the primary system works fine though.

Hello guys
I have read many threads and questions like this, but nowhere I have found a guide or an accurate reply.
I need to get the bottom/navigation bar (not statusbar) transparent, I'm able to decompile or compile an apk or a jar file but I don't know the files to edit and what to do. Often I have seen cwm pack already ready, for example in the nexus4 section, but noone for Galaxy tab or in general for TabletUI bottom bar. So, please, see me what I have to do, and then I'll share my work ...
I believe this feature is built in mokee rom. You may ask its developers or check out their open source. I am not a dev, so I am not capable of helping you on this..

that method is for CM10.1 rom if you wish to use that on stock rom find app ultimate dynamic navbar app or gmd's hide soft key both app use to hide navbar and provide their own navbar and also it have option of transparent navbar enjoy
CarbonROM has this feature natively as well. It works well. And Carbon is basically CM with a ton of additional tweaks and features.

These apps changes only navigation bar, not tablet bar, one that do so is "full!screen" and I already use it, but now I want mod the stock tablet bar adding transparency. I have seen the guide below and I have to ask to OP, because for TabletUI is different.
Hi guys,
Do you know how to get the AOSP lollipop dialer into the z3c (5.0.2 rooted)?
The sony dialer is a piece of trash.
edit: I'm using this firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/general/wip-debloat-lp-690-correct-functioning-t3076161
edit2: would this work? http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/themes-apps/aosp-google-dialer-people-apps-t2828204
In this forum there is a thread where you can download the lollipop dialer for the z3c. You can flash it over a original deodexed rooted z3c firmware.
Can someone snare the the download link ? I have previously used the Google dialer on my z3c but I lost that file. Now I can't find any genuine flashable zip
Check in the themes and apps section. It's there
