I'm curious if anyone knows of a mod that allows more apps per folder in Sense launcher . I'm using novaprime but I actually like sense save for this folder limits. Thanks guys.

Is there any mod that allows you to do this without having to change a theme you currently have installed? I know you are able to go back and change the theme back after; was just wondering if there is an easier way, simple one flash for folders only......

Are there any themes out there for 2.2 running HTC Sense? I'm currently using the Aria and I tried installing a theme from clockwork and it froze my phone and had to re-flash my ROM. So is HTC Sense customizable? Can I get a theme where it changes the battery icon and signal status and my notifications. I guess just all of HTC Sense. Thanks in advance.

No.

if your just wanting to tweak your framework-res.apk you should be able to cusomize that however you want here
I dont think you can install a full theme but you can modify things. Just use the link frosteddroid posted. I got an Aria too. I'm using super circle battery with a customized notification bar. I also changed my font and boot animation.
Follow the directions and flash it while in clockwork.
I did everything but when I had to upload my apk, it said "error. Try again". And I couldn't get it to work.

After I have flashed remove_Htclockscreen.. I got the AOSP lockscreen with the transparent lock screen.
So I modified the framework-res.apk for the dotted background(as in image) till HewGBalls comes with customizable lock screen..
those who are troubled with transparent lockscreen can try this..
This for sense roms? Good idea though.
edit : but it would take quite a bit of programming to make it customizable.

Yep this is for sense based roms..
you might want to mention that in the first post/title, and also its AOSP not ASOP
Thanks pal..guess I was testing while I wrote that..BTW sorry for bad desc..

Hi
I tried searching for a noob help thread to post this but couldn't find one.
I just installed a custom Rom (trickdroid) and I want to restore all my homescreen pages and shortcuts the way they were. It's the same stock launcher and I have a backup of all the user and system apps using titanium, so I'm sure I just need to restore one of the system apps but I don't know which one. Can anyone help?

Hello, first off this is for a friend. I do not own a HTC one. Is there a flashable zip for all HTC apps if the custom ROM doesn't have them ? Or does it only work on sense?

Not all custom roms have the htc apps that your friend might be looking for, thats why custom roms were made, to get rid of any bloatware and htc apps that seem useless to the users, and I dont think there is a flashable zip for all the htc apps. My guess is try reflashing the same rom over the current one... That might bring the apps he's missing

You can use any Sense ROM. Just delete HTCLockScreen.apk before you flash the ROM, or delete it using RootExplorer or similar (this will leave you with the AOSP lockscreen). Once done you can run a command to force the Google setup which will then give you the widgets and camera shortcut ... Here is the thread with instructions, it's really simple and would mean you wouldn't be limited to a specific ROM :- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2350751
 Yes! That is the help I was looking for!! Thank you! I will try that right away. My perfect ROM is Sense with elements of ASOP.
