Go into settings>sound and scroll to the bottom and uncheck "vibrate on touch"

Bump, been looking for the answer as well.
I finally found the answer. But to do it, I also removed the soft keys on the home page.

when using the shrink app the soft keys still are there you can access them by pressing the hard keys below where the soft keys were
start -> settings -> Today -> Items tab -> Uncheck HTCHomeplug

Not sure what they're called but I know they have a name. I'm talking about the two hard keys on the keyboard that also activate the softkeys on the screen. When I am sending a SMS I always accidently hit the send hard key. Is there a reg edit to disable the hardkey? I would like to keep the softkey though.

i want to change the right key to direct open/close the bluetooth

Maybe you can request a toggle for bluetooth in this app....Press Here
Just a suggestion.
When you say open/close bluetooth I assume you mean switch on/off.
Use softkeymanager to change the right softkey to point at the attached bluetooth toggle.
Found your solution. Use soft key manager to map out your home soft keys in a snap..
We were probably seconds apart when we both posted this.........lol

I am using SDE rom by achotjan, i dont like haptic feedback so i switched it off in cynogenmod settings(all options like up, down,long press) and in SOUND setting also but its still there when i use phone dial pad. Is there anyway to avoid it???

Click on the menu button of your X8
Click on preferences.
Switch off haptic feedback

sorry, no such option, i mean no pop up when i press the button
Just go to settings-sounds and uncheck the haptic feedback
I did every thing possible in settings,is there any other way???
