This is my first device with multi-view and am looking for ideas to get the most out of this feature.
I'm using Multi Window App Manager to use any app in multi-view https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bjbinc.multiwindowmanager&hl=en
So.... what are your favorite app combos to use in multi-view?

Agreed. I'm really looking forward to this. With that said I do like multi window on TW. I've actually used it more than I thought I would.

I should be getting my gnex soon and I was going to use of primarily for work purposes like notes and such.
I have a leather portfolio for work right now that I take hand notes on for meetings which is really nice then I convert them to the PC. I'm going to utilize Google drive for a medium between my tab and work PC. F'in love Google!
My question is does anybody know of a good 7 inch tablet portfolio style case with a pad of paper in it so I can take notes and work on my tab at the same time? I would prefer leather but I'll take the other smart case style material as well.
Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I found this one after looking forever for the same thing you were looking for.

I'm also interested in a case that holds a pad, but I'd like it to hold an A5 pad and be A5 sized.....

IDK if its just me but the icons look pretty low-res and not well edited to me.
Specially since you are using a black background you can see the bad cuts outs of it.
If it's possible, I suggest you use one of these as those are high-res and will be extremely easy to cut out since they are png's.
1) I'm doing them on my phone(no computer) and 2) my phones screen is shattered and the digitizer is bleeding xD so the quality is crappy on my phone either way I thought they looked good xD

Should I get the TI 84 Silver edition or TI-Nspire Graphing Calculator Yellow Edition TI-84 Plus Keypad? Can't decide, heard they can both do all the same things but don't know for sure, and I want to use it all the way through college too so, it's gonna need to be able to do calculus+ stuff

that thing seems more complicated than the options i posted :\
The inspire is sick nasty. As to using it all the way through, if you go beyond Calc III & Diff EQ you can actually use even more advanced calcs, which I'm assuming you will because if all you're going to do is trig and such you probably wouldn't care enough to nerd out over your calculator choice =p
Not that they will allow you to use it on a test, but good for a backup...

Nice. I wanted to use the real TI-emulator but I can't find my old cable to download the Rom from my 86.
Dagnabit, looks like I'm still going to have to dig the thing up.
I'm not referring to the normal multi-window provided through jelly bean 4.2 for the s3.
I'm referring to the ability to minimize, maximize and re size windows as shown in the screenshot below(of the note)

You sure thats the note and not one of the galaxy tabs? The res looks a bit high, and it seems more impractical than split screen on a 5.5".
Definatly from the note, that image is actually from xda-developers home page. Link below:

Thanks. I just got confused cause I thought you were talking about stock roms and this is actually a mod.
I still think it's unnecesary for a screen our size, but good luck!
great, good luck
This is a mod. Not how the note comes stock so until someone ports it or checks if its compatible. Or even creates it from scratch we won't have it unless Samsung makes it.

Wow that's a nice feature! However, unusable on the GS3 imho, due to smaller screen size. I even struggle to find a use for the new dual-window feature, I find quickly switching between apps more convenient (thanks to the 2gb ram ).
I wonder if it even really makes sense on the note... Surely a must on tablet though!
Hey all
Just a quickie for the theming junkies. Having recently joined those ranks, I noticed the lack of minimal music widgets. The closest is Phantom Music Control
I found this Media Buttons app but imo, it was ugly. Thanks to Sleepy! for testing
Here's a before/after screenshot

Looks real good will give a shot here at work!
Sent from outer space with the power of ANDROID! ^_^
I have used your widget for about 2 hours and I only found two minimal issues.
1. It is a bit delayed when I press any of the buttons when I don't use it for a while, but it goes a lot faster if I press it continuesly.
2. Just want to request more colors please!
Other than that loving it, great job!
