gave it a try, after initial bootloop(coming from air kernel) flashed reset kernel reflashed all was well until I realized Wi-Fi is now broken... get that straightened out and I'll retest.
edit: after 30 min or so must say the kernel is snappy and smooth especially for a initial release
edit 2: wanted to try this so bad reinstalled rom and this kernel all's working now

No it is supposed to be ondemand and the io sched is supposed to be sio. At least that's what I set it to.

Is there any chance of including prima drivers with this kernel? I am experiencing slow wifi speeds. My connection is slow to begin with (only 6Mb), but I am only downloading at 1Mb or less. With prma drivers I am able to get the full 6Mb. Just wondering. Love the ROM/kernel combination so far. Look forward to future updates!
Edit: Scratch that. speeds seem fine now. Maybe it was just my network for a minute. But I did used to have wifi sped issues on other ROM/kernels. Everything looks good here so far.
I have been testing different kernels for my N4 and i have to say that you nailed it with this one. I dont expect everyone to agree with me because all N4's dont take to custome kernels the same, but aside from Franco's M2, this is the best kernel for my N4. Great work and thanks alot for this.

What Kernel u suggest is the best, I'm looking for stability+speed+battery+stability, so far every single one I have tried makes the phone crash with BT and browser mainly, also if by chance do u have any recommendation on how to improve the camera recording so it will not glitch as much.... thanks in any case for ur input.

OpenGL performance shoots to the sky. from 17 FPS~ to 65 FPS~[Capped] in 3D planet test.
Max. I've done is 5100+ on T1.44 w/o libGLES_android.so hack. But 6100 is so monstrous !

personally, i use the TEUV 880mhz trinity kernel as a daily. its underclocked and undervolted, but has a high bus and overclocked gpu. its fast(like a normal 1.2ghz kernel) and great on battery life. you can find it in the op of the trinity thread in developement.

there is no method to adjust the voltage. try tuv. its a 1.1ghz undervolted kernel. it was my fave until teuv showed up. youll probably have better luck with it.
What's you're best o/c, tell you're setup and you're rom.
For me it's 1,16Ghz with zeus v6.2
For the setup don't have voltage control and no file modified manualy.

First of all to OP is "your" not "you're".
I'm giving my PC overclockin enthusiast pov
OC in a mobile device is as useless as fur coat for a wookie.
You won't see much improvement maybe 4to10 fps in real gaming, and benchmark scores, but that doesn't show real performance is better. And battery will last even less than normal and life expectancy of your phone will be harmed and it could cause hardware malfunction or it could fry your phone CPU.

Too much UV can decrease performance. But its hard to know what is your or mine or someone else UV limit for performance impact. If you take away volts from CPU, it cant run in its full potential because it doesnt have enough energy to do so. You can notice that in some CPU intense processing stuff, like when taking a couple of pictures in a row with too heavy UV. You can get some blank (black) photos, because CPU didnt have enough energy to process every picture you took.

Slippery_Sloth Q&A Plus Additional Notes
Q) Does my phone need to be unlocked?
A) Yes, with a custom recovery
Q) What does this do to my phone?
A) It will make it sneaky, sly and slippery smooth. Much like the wonderous*Sloth.
Additional Notes and Thanks
All the features found in this Rom can be controlled through the Slothy.conf script found in /system/etc. All you need to is change the default integer's to whatever you like.
Everything in the script is labeled so its easy to read and easy to understand.*
I hope you will all find this easy and user friendly.
Please refrain from using apps like trickster, the settings will not stick, and could ultimately do more harm then good. I have a special script to control the kernels CPU frequency during different times (either awake, or sleeping). So when the phone is awake, your frequency will be the max possible by the kernel (wich is only slightly OC'd to 189) and when the phone sleeps that max frequency will go down. In other words the scripts I have provided with the kernel will give you the best possible mix of battery and performance.
I would also like to take this space to say that this would not have been possible without many great kernel devs before me. So from me to you, thanks.*
If anyone would like to get in on this project with me, please send me a PM.
