I grabbed my copy for the devs. Not sure if this is a good file server but here is the OTA I recieved:
http://www.4shared.com/zip/zsLcZnhN/OTA_M7_WL_JB_50_SPCS_Sprint_WW.html
Edit: I put this in a thread that maybe the devs can find quicker. Hope that is ok.
Awesome. Hope this is the one that fixes the sensitivity enough for glass screen protectors. I was expecting a higher software number, but I guess that doesn't really matter. If it works, it works.

Nice to see that the prettiest XDA member has migrated from the EVO LTE to this phone, as well.

Not really concerned. I don't plan on doing any hacking or rooting to this thing. It runs fine just the way it is.

Downloaded and installed. Back button is still giving me issues though.

I'm sure Viper and his team will dissect this update in short time. I am new to custom ROM's and really loving ViperROM and don't want to do anything to mess with success!
I have it downloaded, however whenever I go to install it reboots, goes straight to recovery, and never actually installs the update. Any ideas?
Does anyone know if this includes the camera fix? I thought the camera fix was on the .12 update and this is .10. I am assuming no.

Alright...trying some new things...let's see if they help the vivid, OK basically I'm using the msm common file (basically similar HTC devices all use this...) any ways I noticed they had there own modified version and I noticed they had done some edits to fix camera for them...so I'm gonna use there msm common tree...another thing I'm using the qcom audio, they did some edits to get audio working...(both the trees mentioned are from the sensations working cm10 build)
If anything improves then I'll keep them, if things improve and break other stuff I'll go back, and then manually change the files I think need to be changed

I've recently started working on Slim Beam and have the standard HTC One release up already, I have also done some builds for the sprint revision, I'm looking for a few testers to give it the once over before doing a release.
If you want to help shoot me a pm and I'll send you a link.

They were fast on the original EVO but it took several months after the virgin variant, which was identical to the Sprint model of the evo3D, to release ICS on that phone. It was ridiculous and it all hinged on Sprint.

I think they'll pull through. They were first out of the gate (besides google, but come on) with 4.3, and sprint approved the update in just a few days. I think there's a real, solid chance that they will get it done in time, if not a little before (though that seems unlikely).

I just miss all the development I had on my S3 and Nexus 10. Not to say development here is stale, cause it's not, but there's only so much that can be done without having kernel source.
Development for the nexus 5 will be awesome. Nexus phones always have official support for everything.
Aosp on HTC phones are always missing some crap or we have to wait for deck to get stuff working.

But at least we have our cake and extras too! Would you rather have the choice of good build, sense 5+, & AOSP or Plastic crap, LagWiz, & AOSP? You're a proven dev, I'm sure the first option would be your choice Sir Flex-A-Lot!

Yes, Sprint will have this update within 90 days. If HTC is making such a hard push to improve their updating then it will happen. . . what makes it even more plausible is that they state they are unsure as to when Max will be getting it basically stating HTC One is coming first so no multiple device support right out of the gate for HTC.
