Why shouldn't it? It's basically the same phone. There are only two differences - Unlocked SIM and boot loader. The radios are the same as well.. We need 2100 for 3G and it supports that.. Im not sure about LTE support..

No, they wont ship to India. You need to have a US credit card to order and a US shipping address as well. Tough luck, am trying too

These are only available from the HTC Site via Lets Talk Wireless. They have rapid shipping options.

I am using an M7 for a year now and the Google Play Edition just suits me perfectly.
As I am travelling a lot I was thinking of buying a DUAL SIM M7 but I'm not sure that I can flash GPE on that one and the original HTC software is a deal breaker for me.
Has anybody any experience with this please?
