Hi All,
I'm from Canada and I'm planning on picking up the GE HTC One. I will use the phone on the carrier Rogers.
Does anyone know if the GE HTC One phone will work on Roger's network?
Thx

Hi I'm considering purchasing the Nexus One and selling my HTC HD2 T-Mo edition for one. I would like to know, can I unlock a T-Mobile version to work with AT&T 3G?
I'm hoping to be able to use 3G on both carriers, is this possible?
No, not possible.

The Nexus One is unlocked by default but because of hardware limits you can't use 3g on AT&T with a t-mo version and viseversa.
Cliffnotes - NO
search is your friend. and this is also as obvious as balls
Hi guys,
I'm currently using the One (M8) and was wondering if my old One (M7) would work when I travel abroad. The M7 is not activated on Sprint since I updated to the M8. It is SIM unlocked though.
I didn't want to bring the M8, incase I mess it up.
Thanks

Yeah, it will. 2G will work for sure, while 3G and 4G may/may not work due to the frequencies.
I have a HTC One M7 currently with Bell. Wondering if this phone will work with Wind or Mobilicity ? I don't have a Wind Sim to test but from what i have read, the HTC M7 is the same model, so has both the radios.
Could someone who has looked at this please advise. If i go form the Stock HTC Rom and convery it to GPE, does that make a difference ? It mostly is probably a radio issue.
Would greatly appreciate the help.

You are correct it is the bands and radios in the device, not so much the ROM that is installed. The bands are hardwired into the phone, the radio.img will enhance the capability of the bands but can not change them. The best thing to do is to check the phone specs for the model you have then check the bands that the carriers are using. If they match up then you should not have a problem with the phone operating on that carrier's network.
Hey so did your? Bell HTC M7 work with either Wind or Mobilicty? Just picked one up!
Hey guys,
I got an HTC One M7 from China. It seems to be a 801n Version (HTC One M7_UL).
I have an 4G contract here in Germany, but actually I can't use 4G networks.
Is there a way to flash an Worldwide RUU or a other Radio?
For more information see screenshot attached.

The radio you have is already 4G LTE compatable
from the phone dialer hit HTC Info Menu *#*#4636#*#*
then go to phone info and change the preferred network type to GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto
that should fix it
Nope, no progress.
Still no LTE... Will Check with other device whether LTE is really working on my contract...
Sent from my HTC One using XDA Free mobile app

Sprint HTC One is a CDMA phone you can't convert it to t-mobile. I think you can unlock your phone for domestic gsm, look to this thread.
