HTML Email in Exchange email possible?

I don't know about everybody else but for me having the capability of having HTML Email on my corporate email is a must.
I can't stand the way the print screen shows on emails and excel images pasted are a total failure.
I wonder if anyone has managed to get HTML on his Exchange email account, or if there's a paid app that can do this.
On this the iPhone is better, the Exchange seems to have HTML Email.
Anyone?
Thanks

Thanks tried the trial and so far is WAY better than the build in Exchange App.
But locks the screen asking for password, and I guess there's no work around for that.
yes there is... 4shared.com.....touchdown.apk

Isn't that a cracked one?
Evil Desire Port? Mail/Calendar apps are much better than the default Froyo IMO. A few features are different, but HTML no problem with that.
Touchdown is ok, but I wouldn't pay $19 personally.

TnT Mail app

I know I might be in the minority, but I actually liked the TnT mail app that came with the original TnT. Currently, I am running the TnT 2.5, clockwork mod. And am extremely happy with it operationally. I tried the Mail'd app, and had some problems getting it to check for emails reliably. I agree that that app is beautiful, but only half finished. So, is there a way to install just the old mail app from Tnt? and if so, where might I find the app separately? Thanks.
Sorry, I can't help with the TNT app, but have you tried the Samsung app? From the Galaxy Tab? I use it and love the look. It also works too!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=895075&highlight=samsung+mail
I liked the stock TnT mail app as well, but I don't know of anyone who's pulled the apk.
Thanks
... for the suggestion. I checked out the Samsung thread, but the link from that thread to download leads me to some odd sites that will not let me download the file. I will keep trying, though. Thanks.

My girlfriend really liked the stock app as well and I would love to be able to get it on her tab for help. I would love to know if anyone's successfully pulled this and have gotten it to work on our 'aftermarket' ROM's (no pun intended)

I'm running Calkulin's v1.1 and I think it has the TNT email app. How would I find out? System/app?
I just want something better than what i have, and one that works. The samsung one reports certain problems.....i do not use Gmail, IMAP has to work!
I don't know if any of the apks I uploaded a while back are the ones you guys may be looking for but have a look..

I tried dropping that in and no dice... FC's all around. Changed permissions, cleared data, so forth and so on.
Thanks for the effort!
Yeah I liked the original mail app as well - tekrhino uploaded it for me.
I used Titanium Backup to uninstall the current email app then I was able to install this one. It does work, now if it would only get my yahoo mail as well I would like it even more.
Currently I'm using it on TNT 4.2.5 and it is working with no issues. If you have issues let me know and I will go looking for my notes on the install.

I used this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=960315&highlight=setup+yahoo+mail) to setup Yahoo in whatever app is in Calk's ROM. It works.
Following the directions in the link worked for me - now the system e-mail app will do both accounts with no problem.
I had to make 1 change: instead of SSL for the smtp I had to use "SSL (Accept all certifcates)"
just wanna make sure I'm not reading two different things here. you DO have the stock tnt email app working? Is the the apk from post #8 here?
Yes the stock e-mail app - wood background and a coffee cup.
The app I'm using is the one that tekrhino posted in my original thread - guess he pulled frrom 3358.
The link to my original thread is in post #8

I got the Tnt mail app from the link above, and it did work the first time! Thanks, Tekrhino.
... now, my next quest... to get market.android.com to see my TnT 5.0 tablet.
maybe Im getting 'no love' because i'm vegaN?
Yeah it seems to be a no go for Vegan. Too bad it was about the only thing I liked from TNT.
Me too. The standard black background email app is fine on my phone but doesn't take advantage of the larger tablet screen the way the tnt email app does. Yes the wood background looks dorky. But I like the way it shows some of the message text.
The Samsung email port app looks appealing but it doesn't support Exchange yet and I need that in addition to IMAP.
I just copied /system/apps to my sdcard before flashing Mountain Laurel. Then I just side loaded email.apk.
... which works, until I have to reboot. Then I'm back to black. Anyone know what's going on here?
Exactly that one!

Yahoo Messenger Video Calls - Wrong Camera

Downloaded the Yahoo Messenger app on my Nexus but it only seems to want to use the camera on the back of the handset and I don't see any way of toggling it to the FFC. Has this been resolved yet or is Yahoo still dragging their feet on this?
yup, it was working fine on SGS i9000 but doesn't work well on SNS i9020
i thought multi camera support was only added in 2.3, so the yahoo devs may not have got around to it?
That's a shame, not that I talk to many people on YIM, but had they gotten the video calling to work properly I'd use it for sure.
Oh well, with any luck Google will get off their behinds and get the video calling integrated in Gtalk for handsets soon. I'd rather use that anyway.

regardless of that yahoo camera chat was working great in Froyo with the correct FFC
but after upgrade to 2.3 it kind of got broken
it's Yahoo that needs to fix it, not really an Android OS issue
There was a update today for messenger and plugin but still the same with camera sad

Mint.com Android App - Updated 5-5-2012

The Mint.com Android app was originally obtainable on Honeycomb but then it disappeared. A recent update on my phone and a quick check and once again you can download it from the Market.
It's a great finance app to easily keep track of your accounts and balances. Also it's ran by Intuit (TurboTax!)
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.mint&hl=en
Thanks!
Update: Attached the most recent, as of May 5th, 2012, apk for download.
I'm getting an error when I try to log in on my Xoom running Tiamat.

I'm never comfortable with finance management apps that need you to set up an online account.

I am looking for this too! appreciate if someone upload it
Yes please. Can someone post the apk? I'm in Taiwan right now and I can't download it from the market.
Thanks
Could anyone post the current (2.1) version of the mint apk? I have a mint account but am currently studying abroad and can't download it from the market.
Thank you.
For those who asked for the most updated apk, please see original post!
do it work on sgs2? mine (dled from first post) fails on start
Probably not because it's optimized for ICS? Not sure, I think the SGSII is Gingerbread, could be the issue.
Im on ICS
could anyone please share 2.6.1 (the latest version as of now)? thanks

State of RCS on Android

So if you haven't heard, RCS is supposed to produce a iMessage like experience for text messaging in android. some features are:
-Send large sized files
-In app live notifications like (someone is typing)
Just to name a few. it seems like this feature is a little bit of a mess since it requires carrier support, OEM support and app support (not so sure about this one). I heard that the last Galaxy s9 update in July enabled support for this. Either way, question is simple.
1. When do people think this will reach the masses?
2. People who have used this feature/are using this, what are your thoughts about this?
I'm excited for this but it really seems like a faraway dream at this point. with that let's talk about this

I can make a call and then start typing a message to people. I found this option about 2 months ago.
RCS works if both parties have it enabled. It's worked since day 1 for me if using Android Messages.
stock client doesn't seem to have RCS support.

Yes I'm using a Qualcomm unit.
If the send button is just an arrow, it's RCS if there is an SMS under the arrow, then it's SMS.

it'll work cross carrier as long as both parties have RCS enabled clients on a network with RCS support.

Is this RCS ??
Got it on Telstra with Samsung Galaxy S7

Only got voicemail as mp3 file so don't need to dial into the voicemail box
