i had this probleme today with a other post...i was thinking it because i don't have to post on some post because i don't have 10 posts
because on some post i saw the option reply.
I'd say it Seems weird that the "8 thanks per day limit" only exists on the xda site, and Not on the app, anyone else seeing this? Thanx in advance.

Ya i noticed that, i bought xda premium thinking the free version was the problem but after getting on the pc xda sight where you can see the full view i saw where it said needed 10 posts to post where i wanted to, so i will admit i went through some old topics and made 10 replys so I could post where i needed to, after 10 posts i tried a different rom that didn't support xda premium but only free version and I was able to post every where

I knew that, hence I asked you to edit the title to a meaningful term, this site is indexed by google in the most aggressive way, 1000s of post per hour, your post can help others in similar situation ..................but only if the title can be indexed by google & understood by humans.
You can edit your 1st post in advance mode even now.
Hope you will do the needful.
Sorted...... thanks for that

Since you are new would like to tell you that if you type a meaningful title related to your issue when starting a new post, the auto search function will give you search results thus saving you precious time.
Thanks for doing the needful!
Yeah I tried searching but can't find anything related to voodoo sound for jvb

Actually, it has been days. This thread (still on the first page of the Apps section) was started July 12th. I only looked because I saw your thread though, so thanks, I guess. However you left off an important part: how to watch rented movies with rooted phones: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1167580 (that one started two days ago, by the way )
Who cares if its been days? Oh wait, you do. That's right.

Somebody actually thanked you? Jeepers. No reason to be rude like that.

Despite this being old news, stuff like this shouldn't be posted in the dev section. If you actually provided instructions and such, then that would merit a post here. I don't want to sound like a ****, but try to keep this sort of stuff in the general section.

Post this info in the General section next time, btw.
Thanx for the video, that is new for me.

I saw it as N, but never use nfc, so didn't realize. There was no way i could search it.
Plus, the other guy already helped me out, so this answer wasn't necessary.
This thread is meant to ask questions, it is for those who dont know the stuff.
I appreciate a senior member like you, help people, but you if you are to answer, then you should think about what you are posting.
Thanks.

Seeing as rule number one here is to search you could've found the answer as since 4.3 came out it has been asked numerous times so, really, this entire thread shouldn't exist
Might be worth adding '[SOLVED - NFC ICON] to the thread title so people searching can find it in future

Hi all I have found the best experience for me is to have a Stock OS that is rooted. I have don't this throughout various versions and wonder if I am running the latest. Now I'm aware that the code for UK is BTU. But it might be that I can get an more modern FW with English with a European code.
I'd basically like to know what the bleeding edge latest version is and if anyone can point me in the correct direction to download a stock rooted version.
Cheers
BTW I'm currently running...(see attached)

my opinion is that you should have tried searching xda forums instead of posting
further to that you could have tried using google search
i would assume that since you have a nexus 7 you are familiar with how to search on google
good luck with your search @ninjalandpirate
man i wish the mods would bring in the iron fist ruling like they did in the tf100 section
Hi sorry if that seemed rude. After XDA decided to remove themselves from tapatalk and charge for their cloned tapatalk XDA app I spent the money and bought it. However when I search it i searched the whole xda-verse. So search fail yes but not my fail.
All I can do is apologise if the 60+ thing seemed rude.
Thanks for your links I'll check them out. Never thought I'd get a rep for not searching
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium HD app
As far as Google searching goes I have found various sites like sammy but nothing will tell me what is the latest FW. Clearly something I have misunderstood about the codes (AMG4 AMJ etc) how do you tell whether AMJ4 is newer than AMG4?
And more apologies I'm kicking myself for triggering your scornful replies. I am familiar with Google yes.
Is there a definitive list or timeline maybe?
