Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my new HTC ONE. My firmware is 1.29.401.12. I live in italy. Android version 4.1.2. No brand.
I noticed that when I receive a call audio microstutters. I have experienced this with stock ringtones and normal music too. It does not happen when I just listen to normal music. I tried with mp3 and flac format. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I tried to restore but problem persists.
Any suggestions?

Hello Everyone,
I am not sure if someone else had this issue. Its related to the default MP3\Video player on HTC HD7. If i dont open the Music & Videos for some time or may be days and when i choose to play music it does plays it but with no sound coming from spearks.
If i play a video at the same time the sound will be there if a call is coming the sound will be there, but only mp3 wont play.
And the only optio i am left with is to reboot the phone and then it again starts to work fine. I also tried checking after syncing the phone with Zune but nothing happened.
Can someone help me here with some clues or if someone else is also having this issue.
anyone else had this issue. or i am the lucky one to have this issue
have yet to have an issue like that....
Hy,
While I listen music with headset, and i get a viber message, or an email notofication, the music is playing on the back speaker. It is a very annoying problem, because, in this way i annoy the other people, for example when i'm travelling. So what is the problem, or where i set anything? My actually rom : HYBRID v14.0, but this problem is also run a lot of rom.
Thanks
I am experiencing distortion/popping/cracking while streaming music via bluetooth from my HTC One to my car's headunit. I'm using the default music app and 320kbps mp3s. Never had this issue with my Galaxy SII.
I turned off Beats Audio, but that didn't solve it. I hope a fix can be found for this because I love this phone.
Anyone in the same boat?

I am having the exact same problem. Quite frustrating. Main problem is distortion, particularly in higher frequencies.
I have tested my HTC One on headphones, and there is no problem. The problem is over bluetooth streaming to car head unit. I have used 2 other phones (GSIII and Iphone) on the same head unit without any problem.
I largely play 320kbps spotify files.
If this problem can't be fixed in the short term, I am strongly considering returning the phone as i consider this a serious fault.
Apparently the new update (1.29) fixes the bluetooth issues amongst other things. I've still not received it though

I can confirm this, 1.29 works great streaming over bluetooth to my car stereo. No distortion at all with beats turned on.

Any other thoughts on what the problem could be?

That might be the problem, even though that is a 4.2 issue.
It requires a software fix.

I am having the same issue with my 2009 Acura TSX and I'm running version 1.29.401.13. I have contacted HTC about this issue and it was escalated to a higher echelon of techs to work on, but so far, no answer or fix.
I have even tried the "fix" located on a german site, still no luck.
Yep... Bluetooth over MyLink sounds awful in the high frequencies... Almost like its only transmitting at 48kbps.
Did anyone every get this issue fixed?
Would flashing to another ROM fix it?
Hi everyone,
So here's the deal: I'm using Skullcandy earphones and they work nicely on all devices I use except on my HTC One. The problem is they have the microphone with controller which is turning listening to music into chaos of switching between calling the last number from history, starting Google Now and playing/pausing the music. I also tried the app RemoteControl for Earphones from Play Store which helped on my Sensation, but won't do a damned thing on One. Does anybody know how to resolve that problem?
The phone is completely stock, not rooted, and running Android 4.2.2 and Sense 5.
P.S.: Please don't answer my question if you're going to tell me to buy another pair or that Skullcandy sucks.
Thanks!
Anyone?
If i'm pairing the tablet to a bluetooth headset everytime i make a phone call it sound like i'm in a storm. There alot of background noises and i cant hear anything.
If i switch to the speaker the sound is fine.
I tried 3 different headsets, 3 roms (stock, remix and now mirek) - still the same problem.
I noticed i the big thread of the x98 that someone with a model like me (C5J6) report about the same problem so i guess it's the model problem.
Anyone can help ?

I have the same model and issue , all I'm trying to do is listen to music via some bluetooth headphones
I have the same issue on my c5j6. It appears to be only on the telephone audio profile, the media profile works fine.
Same issue. c5j8. Does anybody have any idea how to fix it?
