Hello,
After a long search on the internet to find a dock for my nexus 10 and my pogo cable, I decided to make my own.
I started by making some prototypes made with a sheet of depron and then I made my first with acrylic.
I am very happy to show you.

Wow this is sleek looking and bad ass. I actually like the clear look better than the white but both look good. How did you cut the plastic so nice? Water jet?

I will also be interested! One question: how do you secure the pogo cable to the stand? Is the hole just tight enough so it should stuck in there?

Simple, nice looking and functional. Is it "unmountable"? I mean, you get the pieces and put it togheter, and you can undo it? I would also be interested in this thing (15€ + shipping looks like a good price to me).
Just for help, you can ask some labs to produce this for you if you can model pieces in AutoCAD. I have seen them use the same machine they use with waveguides and PCBs, Maybe you can find some company that accepts this kind of works in metacrilate (not sure if correct word) or PCB material.

Took me about an hour to think it up and complete.
Didn't cost me anything really. I had all the materials left over from old projects and freebies.

Yeah I'm really happy with it. It's a lot more stable than I was expecting.
The front "cradle" part has metal inside the CF so you can form it to perfectly fit your phone.
Would you ever consider making me one to sell?
Yeah I could probably do that, I'd have to check to see if I have another good piece of carbon for it though

Well I'm using a special CF that already has the resin sort of soaked in already so the weave doesn't come apart. I haven't seen this online anywhere so I'm not sure how much it costs.

I made a car nav mount that also acts as a pivoting desk stand. It's nice when you have it mounted in the car you can take stable video while driving without having to hold the phone.

Very cool. I have always wanted to do some work with Carbon Fiber. I have heard mixed reviews on its difficulty factor. I think seeing this gives me more confidence to try it myself.. Thanks for posting pics!

It must've just gotten put up. It doesn't have any colors yet. I'm going to wait till August 10th because I have a feeling there will be other cases available that are similar to this.

This does not mention ability to act a a stand either..I'll wait, the perfect case is coming!
the creases make it look like it has stand function but there are no pictures of it using the stand. That would be the determining factor for me. I need it to have a case that stand up.

really? the only similarity i can see, is that it is a case for the nexus 7...
That's definitely what I've been looking for too. Just need too make sure the cover folds all the way back and it works well as a stand.

The slot for the pen looks like it has too much excessive free space but I guess that's because of the look.

The simplest way I think would be to buy other cheap charger from Ebay and use EU adapter head from it. I think it should fit.

Im looking for the exact same thing. But i dont want a cable instead of the plug, then id rather use the flat-to-round plug converter i am now. I found out that theres a company in Taiwan called Well Shin that makes the exact plug. I have emailed them last night from my company email but havnt heard back yet.

It says it's for Apple products, but it looks pretty standard to me. Does anybody know if it'll work for our nexus?
EDIT: On second thought, the base does look bigger than what would fit into the nexus adaptor. It's a shame.
I have bought those cheap original complete chargers off eBay. They arrived on the second try and work well. Recommended.

They are not original, they are just cheap copies with Samsung logo.

Strange, because they are not exactly the same charger. The copies are made from ETA-P10X while the Nexus 10 charger is the ETA-P11JBE. For me the Euro plug doesn't really fit, it gets stuck a bit down. Maybe it will go in all the way if I push hard but I don't want to do that.

I thought the Eclipse case with the sound redirecting was ingenious but I'm not sure if that added any bulk to the case. Would be cool to have on our N2's as well though :good::fingers-crossed:

Anyone have an update on this? I'd love to have one of their cases. I remember their original iphone cases and they were crazy back then too with a see through magnetic plastic screen cover. Coolest case ever.
