[Q] Newly installed Rom from CyanogenMod 7.1.0 - HTC Incredible S

Hi Team,
I have recently installed custom rom made by CyanogenMod .... "update-cm-7.1.0-IncS-signed" as the recovery zip and "cm-7.2.0-vivo" stable rom which is actually gingerbread 2.3.7
My boot screen shows up these items -
VIVO PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-2.02.0002
RADIO-3831.18.00.11_M
eMMC-boot
May 22 2012, 14:22:08
my recovery page shows clockworld recovery.
Now the problem is, my S-ON still exists and need to S-OFF (tried revolutionary.io but it is not working on already rooted phone)
Next, I need to install Jellybean on my phone, which I was unable to do with the nightly mode on cyanogenmod website, the only stable version was cm-7.2.0,
CM-10.1 did not work on this recovery mod.
Please help me out, I am a noob in this but willing to experiment.

actually thats better than getting OTA
just download a custom rom like ViperOne or ARHD or InsertCoin and
copy it to your downloads folder
reboot your phone and hold volume down and it will enter the bootloader. go into recovery from here and wipe/factory reset and install the rom you copied to the phone. 10x better than waiting on OTA update
Edit: When rebooting the phone you may have a menu with the choice of booting recovery ..choose that

Stop posting everywhere.
And also, if it's not Optus, then use WWE.

Install emmc brickbug checker from playstore and check if first four numbers are 9001. If they are, you can't s-off for now
I can but I must pay

Help getting back to stock - developer edition

Hi guys, I have the developer edition, and need help getting back to stock or any working rom. I have twrp recovery v.2.5.0.0 and the details from the fastboot screen are the following:
Unlocked
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
HBOOT-1.44.0000
eMMC-boot
I had an older version of the Revolution HD rom installed, then I downloaded the newest version last night, tried to flash it following the instructions, then my phone was just rebooting back into recovery. I accidentally formatted my internal memory as well in twrp, so I can't try flashing again. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this sorted out. I'm kinda newbie, so please be as detailed as possible. Thanks!!

1. You need to update your TWRP to 2.6.3.3 or 2.7.1.2
2. You can use nkk71's Guide to return to stock. This is pretty straight forward since you have a lower hboot. You have an opportunity to go S-OFF, which would give you more possibilities if you want in the future. It is more difficult with the higher hboots.
3. The other option you could do is to run a RUU, after which you can get the OTAs and update your phone to Sense 6.
Option 2 or 3 will get you back to stock. Option 1, you TWRP is too old and will not allow you to properly flash the newer roms.
+1
newer roms all need to be flashed at least with twrp 2.6.3.3. so you could update twrp like suggested above and then use adb push or adb sideload from recovery to copy the rom on your phone and then flash it.
or
restore the phone using a x.xx.1540.x RUU

M7 International ROM\Firmware installation help - love you long time

:highfive: :highfive: Hi Experts,
I am having real difficulty getting my phone up and running. I have M7 international, rooted \unlocked and uses custom recovery TWRP, which is really really good.
I have accidentally erased everything in my internal SD card and system including ROM and firmware.
I have attempted to successfully flash a new custom rom VIPERONE V8 using HTC One Toolkit 1.0.1 via sideloader. It won't work via any other methods.
It wouldn't boot the phone into operating system. It keeps looping back into recovery mode before and after the install. In other words nothing has changed.
Could the experts teach me what to do? I am confused when the term ROM, HBOOT and firmware is used.
Here is my bootloader information;
***TAMPERED***
***UNLOCKED***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
HBOOT-1.56.0000
RADIO-4A.23.3263.28

As you can see i'm missing the operating system OS................
I use to be on Android 4.4.2 and this refers to Firmware right?
I was also using Viperone V6.1.
I guess i need to know how to flash the newest firmware because i believe there's no operating system installed in my phone hence why it keeps booting into recovery mode when i turn on the phone...............
Step by step instruction specific to this please.
Much appreciated.
