Sorry, my mistake.
You canno't flash a rom with a stock recovery.
You need a custom recovery

No, basically I wanted to start TOTALLY fresh with a new ROM so I went to CWM and formatted EVERYTHING!! I was half asleep when I did it and formatted my SD card (where my ROM was saved lol) I also formatted boot, so I have no recovery anymore either.
What I'm wanting is a custom recovery I can flash using Odin.
So CWM recovery in a .tar format.
Thanks for the help!

So attached one may help you a lot. It works even for JW9! All you need to do - it's install the latest stock ROM first

But this isn't a recovery is it?
It's just a root package for stock firmware?
All I'm looking for is a custom recovery (like CWM) that I can flash in Odin so I can get a recovery back on my phone and flash CM
This on contains Root+CWM3 for stock ROM

How did you install it? Flashing CoCore? Recovery is Kernel related, so if you want TWRP, just flash the TWRP-Version of CoCore. If you want Stock Recovery, flash the Stock Kernel.

To go to Downlad mode, not to Recovery. And install USB drivers for phone (if you was not, here).

Need help!!
I made a flashable zip myself. Before flashing I wiped system, cache, delvik cache.
By accident I turned off my phone!!
Now my phone doesn't boot, even into recovery.
My question is where is the recovery file stored? Now how can I boot into recovery?

I remember the recovery is in the /system partition. So now you can only flash the stock FTF and start from scratch again.

You cannot create FTF. You can only download the stock FTF from Sony.
