It just came out on the Android Market today and I'm dying to hear how well it runs on the Nook Color!

i'll see if it will work but i think its for tegra 2 devices only.

Hmm, yeah you're right. I just logged into the market and it says it's not compatible with either my of devices (Nook Color or Nexus One). That sucks.
If you sideload it, would it work then?

i thought pocket legends was the first 3d mmorpg.

looks very nice though. almost makes me want to get a xoom... or gtablet again.

its a BIG game. its very slow moving, at least at first, but it looks incomparably good. ill be reviewing it on androidcommunity in a few days, if not this weekend

I have an adam but I can't download it.it is a tegra 2 device. It says u must have honeycomb. Is their any way around this? I know it will run without honeycopmb.

Need for Speed Shift

When I'm trying to install the program (downloaded from the Market) I'm getting the message: unsupported device and the download stops.
I installed Asphalt 5 and this app works fine.

Game isn't optimized for Tegra, so wait for Tegra version .

But i saw it running on Atrix 4g, which is Tegra too...
Anyways, i tried to run N.O.V.A. but it wasn't working, just got a white screen :<

That was just a DEMO version, not the full game.

Funny it appears that PC's have less compatibility problems between Intel and AMD then all the ARM-based Android devices.
Hmmmm, beginning to think that perhaps waiting for that Desire S might be the better choice. It'll be slower, yes, but at least all present apps will run on it. Pitty it hasn't got HDMI but at least it has a full metal jacket (no pun intended). It'll feel solid and high quality unlike some of those other plastic phones.

I've sent an email to EA Mobile Support about this a week ago. No response. I regret having bought the game right now - but got it for a buck.

1. buy it on a device you can with the account you normally use.
2. sideload the apk, and it will still find you having purchased the game in Play store
(i hope, not actually tested it)

I can't, because the P880 is the only Android device I have that is (at least technically) compatible with the game.
I think there is also some cracked version, but I prefer to have a clean copy from the Play Store.

login on play.google.com, see if your previous android device was good with this game, then purchase it? of course that can be a problem getting the sideloaded apk you need here. and you are right the cracked edition will probably not check with play if you got a purchased edition

I am new to rooting, roms and all, today was first time I tried using rom, and I used GingerDX. Main reason for me to use it was so I could play games I wasn't able to before, like Temple Run, Dead Trigger and Minecraft, but I can't enter these games, when I try to start them I get

The application Minecraft - Pocket Edition (process.com.mojang.minecraftpe) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. "
And I get same message with differed names on other games. First I thought my multitouch isn't working but I downloaded multitouch tester and it multitouch worked. If anyone know how to fix this please tell me.

minecraft isnt for armv6 cpus its only for armv7

Well..Temple run is not compatible for our devices yet..it support..but its kinda laggy and has auto die bug!
And like some games force closes..(process.com.mojang.minecraftpe) has stopped unexpectedly etc!..All those games are not for our devices..all is for Like armv7 devices but our X8 has armv6 processor!
Correct me if im wrong! Because im not good about gaming :silly:

Temple run available for armv 6 devices, but it has a auto die bug. Check in app section

That's what im saying..but still its laggy for now..

Some say that using chainfire 3d and swap will help the game like 'Temple Run' to run smooth.

Yeah, if u even doesn't swap u can play it with chainfire. But the bug isn't fixed yet.

[Q] Can't download Gameloft HD games from Google Play

Hello everyone, Its been just two days since I brought my brand new Xperia TX from Sony Showroom.
Problem is, I cannot download Gameloft HD games like, Modern Combat 3 or 4, N.O.V.A 2 or 3 or 4. Saying that my device is unsupported. My very cheap Local Walton(only 1 GHZ 1 core and 512 RAM) Android Mobile supports all of the mentioned games.
Though I played and finished Modern Combat 3, which was downloaded form torrent with SD data.
Why my Xperia TX is not supported, Its a Play Station certified mobie. :crying:

I seem to remember a very similar thread to this one.
It ay be in the Q&A section, you should search for it and post in there.
Or, you can realise the other thread was started by you and that there is no need to start a new thread for the same issue
You can follow the advice I gave to you in the other thread. Email the app developer and ask for support

I just checked the PLay store for all those titles and all where available and registered compatible with my Xperia T.
Possibly not available in your region? Or they havent distinguished between T and TX when listing compatibilities.
Only thing you can do is raise it with the developers and ask them to investigate. At the end of the day they are the ones losing your custom to torrents when you are more than willing to pay for the games but can't.

I'm really for the two same posts. I truely love my Xperia TX and I never want to sell it. I brought this mobile specially for gaming. If the problem continues then I guess I have to sell it :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

When I go to play store and open apps like modern combat 3, In device comparability syas- taht Sony LT29i not supported. :crying:

Sounds then like gameloft are not distinguishing correctly between T and TX you will need to contact them directly. Should be details on contacting them on the item pages.

OK, you have been given the same advice now twice in this thread and once in the other thread you created about this.
Have you actually followed through and done it yet?
So for the fourth time, email the developer and ask them to add support for your phone.

Do what gregbradley mentioned above. In case of App incompatibility the best the thing to do, is to inform the developer, wait and see what they reply.

hi bro , i have Xperia TX too and facing the same issue , it says on google store that my device is not compaitable :S , tried to go to gameloft website and there are only 3 HD games for the TX and it doesn't include modern combat 4 or NOVA 3.
i used to have xperia arc s and all this games were available there ,
did u find a solution ?

You can edit your build.prop and change model to Xperia Z,C6603.

You can still use the "SD Data" method to play any kind of HD games. I played Modern Combat 3 & 4, N.O.V.A, NFS MW and other HD games in my Xperia TX by Installing apk and copping SD Data.

How about the heating issue? Do you fell that TX's screen gets too much hot when playing HD games?
I didn't faced any problem yet, but I'm tensed about this heating issue. Cuz it may harm the screen or SD Card as I saw many toasted?broken SD Card issue in many forums.
