I am using a rooted HTC One Indian version (1.29.707.4). Earlier I was using Cyanogen Mod but then tried flashing ARHD. Since, my phone has been stuck in a recovery loop. I am able to enter Bootloader mode (Power + Volume Down) but when I try to enter ClockWork Mod Touch recovery, the screen flashes and I get stuck in a reboot loop. ARHD even erased my Cyanogen Mod so I can't boot into anything and fix it from the phone itself.
I tried flashing TWRP on top of ClockWork Mod but still unable to get into recovery. Any help would be really appreciated.

If you have root you have to install ROM Manager and here to install CWM recovery

Try accessing fastboot and command
fastboot erase cache
And then maybe re-flash your recovery and try again

Problem there is I can get into fastboot mode but because it keeps boot looping I only get about 20 seconds before it bootloops again.

Solved,
I kept trying to get in to recovery and restore a backup which I managed to do after trying about 100 times.
Further update this is still not fixed and I need help please.
I now have copy of a ARHD rom loaded which was a back up that I managed to restore.
I now have permanent blinking soft keys and a message on the screen saying to restart your phone continue to press and hold the power button for 1 second. When I do restart the phone it bootloops again, but if I cover the screen with a cloth the phone will boot up with a repeat of the same issue blinking softkeys and a restart message.
Try reflashing the kernel then do a fastboot erase cache.
I don't know how the issue started. I have been using CM10 for almost 2 months without issues. I restarted the phone and boom! It was stuck in a bootloop with that boot animation keeping appearing all the time. I tried a factory reset, flashing the ROM again, flashing another ROM, and even flashing the stock ROM with all the images using ODIN. It was still stuck on the boot animation. I was surprised that the last solution didn't work because everytime I did it, the phone recovered from the bootloop.
I can still enter into download and recovery mode.

Samsung GT-I9000 boot into recovery mode after pressing the power button
Not sure it is the same problem or not, but my phone (Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000) keeps booting into recovery mode everytime I turn on the phone by pressing the power button. I tried to root with the stock PIT file and stock ROM or CWM recovery and stock ROM or any customized ROM, such as CMD 10.1, but it still boots into the recovery mode every time I turn on the phone WITHOUT using any combo keys, e.g. VOL down, Home and Power buttons).
The thing is that the recovery mode is not looping. Basically, after I press just the POWER button, the phone boots into the recovery mode and stay there.
Please help!
Many thanks!!!

Hey you are gonna want to flash a stock image using odin which will solve your problem. There should be a guide somewhere
My problem is solved, I had to go to "Mounts and storage" in recovery and choose "format /cache"

What you have to do is to flash the boot loader, I had the same exact problem and this solved it. But our devices are different so I don't think my boot loader will work on yours.

if you can get into the bootloader, you can flash a new recovery through it, and flash the rom
So the question is, are you able to get into bootloader?
if I'm able to do it if I explain how, and if I can help much better because Spanish translations by google are a bit bad. I'm desperate and do not know how to get my htc one again. THANKS

If you hold and keep holding down volume down button and power button down together it should boot into bootloader..once in bootloader I suggest you fastboot erase cache, then try to reflash recovery via fastboot flash recovery <name of recovery>.img
when trying to install the TWRP recovery via fastboot but I accept I give reboot the htc one was shut down and when I press the power button only red led lights up and the screen stays off and the pc is not recognizing the device. When I press the power button + vol low blink at the same time the button <(return) and the button at the house but did not get the bootloader,
My device is Mi Max 2 today I tried flashing some custom rom which is because yesterday it was normal but it suddenly restarted when I tried booting it up it went to recovery mode btw my recovery mode is TWRP so I tried to just flash a rom again but after its done flashing It keeps booting into TWRP so I was searching online and decided to go back to stock I used the Miflash but after it successfully flashing again This time I can no longer access bootloader my volume up does not work anymore only down and power and im back to stock recovery mode tried accessing MiPcSuite but to still no avail. Please help im seriosly sad like frustrated beacuse I have been trying to find for a fix since yesterday.
Is my volume up broken? is it the reason why I can't access the bootloader. everything went south since yesterday.
I would like to add that the power and the volume buttons where acting funny yeterday when it was doing just fine could it be my volume button but why does it keep booting on TWRP Thinking about it I was getting out of the bath could have damage the volume buttons or something
Is your volume down button is working ??

By using volume down and power you can boot to fastboot and then try flashing the Rom using fastboot method
Second if you find other max 2 , you can restore the partition from other max 2, partition you have to restore are boot , system, system image, cust ( dont restore efs ,firmware partitions
