Hi everyone!
I updated my ROM to the newest Slim Bean (JB 4.2.2) and since then I am not able to get my phone working with enabled USB-debugging @ win XP SP3.
I have read about problems related to the adb-update which came with this update and already updated my MyPhoneExplorer-parts accordingly but Win XP keeps on refusing to install any HTC One / MTP drivers oO (If I disable USB debugging, the drivers work just fine).
Any suggestions ?
Thx & greetz
Hendi
Since nobody seemed to care, I solved that problem myself and posted a little tutorial here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=42226246&postcount=11

Driver win 7 x64 is part of KIES .
Suggest complete removal of KIES and Samsung followed by an install of latest version of Kies .
jje
I had major issues with kies on x64 finally uninstalled it & booted into a safe mode with networking & installed it successfully.
Try if that works in your case too.
hello everyone, i would like to ask: anyone with jellybean and windows xp has been able to get the pc recognise your device! i have try tons and tons of drivers, even from sdk tools and none of them worked for me...
all i wanna do is used the "reverse thetering" but adb doesnt list my device... and i repeat i have no problem at all when i use gb, the problem comes with ics and jb, havent been able to find the correct drivers.
Once i flash jb i wont be able to use adb? in case i could, why none of the drivers i download even from sdk tool work for me?

I ran into a similar problem this evening on my Bell Canada Galaxy S i9000m. This surprised me as I have debugged with this phone in the past but I have recently flashed the custom Cyanogenmod 10.1 Rom on it.
Two things:
1. What version of Android are you running? (Stock or Rooted with a custom rom?)
2. Have you installed the Samsung drivers for Windows 7, 64 bit?
If you are running the stock OS and have not installed the Samsung Windows 7 drivers, either download and install the ones posted here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=728929
or try the steps in "solution" below...
I am running CyanogenMod 10.1 and while I had been debugging source in the past on this phone, I had not debugged since installing CM10.1. I noted, similar to your experience that Windows Device Manager was showing an error for my i9000m, no driver had been found and assigned. I have installed the Samsung drivers in the past and they are still installed but I suspect some difference in naming of the device in CM10.1 which confused Device manager.
The solution: Click on the device (GT-I9000) and select properties. Then click on the "Update Driver" option and selected the option that has windows go search for the correct driver. To my surprise, Windows 7-64 bit found and installed what appears to be a Generic Android Device named "Android Composite ADB Device". I am able to debug without any problems now.
Hello everybody, I have a problem with my i9000 and my laptop, I today i dicided to format my laptop and install win 7, it's not the first time I've done it, but this time I haven't been able to successfully install the drivers to connect the laptop and the phone.
I believe that I try it all, download keys, download samsung driver for mobile phones x86, x64, windows update, tried to find the driver using the system32 folder from another pc where the i9000 is properly detected, and noting seems to work.
The only thing i haven't tried is to change the rom, but if the phone was correctly recognised by the laptop yesterday, this shouldn't be the problem, but currently i'm using SuperNexus 2.0 rom.
If any one have any ideia of what to do next i'm willing to try it out.
Best regards to everyone
Solved, i don't know why, but when i enable the usb tethering, it instaled all the drivers correctly.
1st: since this is my first post:
Hi! I'm a 25-year-old guy from germany, study applied computer sciences, work at my Bachelor-Degree atm & work as a developer at an E-Commerce-Agency.
2nd: my problem:
I own a P990 and wanted to flash a new baseband. I have a new Laptop with Windows 8 x64. So I installed the B2CAppSetup, downloaded the drivers for the P990 and plugged in my phone (remove battery, plugin with volume down pressed .. you know the deal). Windows searches for drivers and BÄM .. Bluescreen
This was reproducible so I uninstalled the LG Software and installed the LGUnitedMobileDriver 3.8.1. Still BSOD
The Bluescreen-Message was of the "IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"-type and was caused by "usbehci.sys".
Is the driver incompatible to Windows 8? Is there a workaround (aside from uninstalling W8)?
Previously with W7 everything worked fine..
Thanks in advance for your help
Check the developers section for the all in one tool kit by Spyrosk....you have the drivers in it and the way to install for windows 8
Will work then....

EDIT: it is a tool kit....thanks to the auto correction in Keyboard....it became roll kit....lol
