Downgrade 2.1 root - 1.5

Ok so i got a email from verizon saying that i will get the official 2.1 on my eris so now i want to downgrade from 2.1 root to 1.5 stock

Not to be a **** but this could have been easily searched for. The word "downgrade" would have done just fine. Also the wrong forum.

How to Update android 2.1 to 2.3 in moto xt800.

motorola xt800 cdma and gsm. Its rooted and I want to update it to 2.3 please let me know if is there any ways to update it using custom roms.

4.4.2 OTA

I'm on a Dev edition xt1060 and I've had both the German and GB versions of 4.4.2 on my device at some point so currently my boot loader is version b3. Currently I'm on eclipse 3.1.2 so im on a 4.4 based rom. Is there any way I can get 4.4.2 Verizon on my device? Or do I need to wait for the full Verizon 4.4.2 sbf?

Wait for the sbf.
OTAs have patch files that are meant to be applied to the old bootloader only.
