Any way I can hide the navigation buttons while gaming and still be able to access them somehow when I'm not? Sorry if it's been discussed before, search didn't find much. I came from optimus 4X because support for games was bad, but miss the fullscreen

If you are rooted, install full!screen from market.
Also, some jb custom roms have this function implemented.

So this works with phones? I was looking at it today and it looked as if it were only for tablets, will try tonight. Which roms? I have a locked bootloader, any that support locked models? Thanks
EDIT: Great little app, so much better, cheers

Im trying to make due without pinch zoom, but its tough, lol.
Im new to androids and but familiar with the devices themselves. i switch from an iphone. when i first got my atrix hd the contacts menu and screen was black.
i did the OTA update and now the contact screen is white. which i really dont like. (such a trivial problem i know)
i was wondering if anyone knew how to or if it is possible to change the contact menu color back to Black.
thank you for all your help in advance!
There is no way of doing that unless you root your phone which can't be done yet in jelly bean release

You can use exdialer with ICS theme
Sent from my MB886 using xda app-developers app
Yes u can but with the stock apps there is no way without rooting and nodding the stock apps

So when the root comes out how would I go about changing it then?
You would have to mod it based on the ICS 4.0.4 Atrix HD version of the apk

Anyone lacking these two in their settings menu?
I figure they might just be a feature not yet included in the nightlies yet, or that I'm just using a release without them...

yeah, i flashed one of the nightlies yesterday and wanted to set the background process limit but was unable to find the dev options in the settings, guess the nightlies don't have those features

Tap multiple times the build version in settings -> about. They are not gone, just hidden by default.

The one thing I miss from the stock ICS from its that feature, it was useful and something cool to show to friends. Is there a way to port it to cm10?

Requires LG framework. Aren't here any similar apps in PlayStore?

I think for that you need Pie control. Sorry I don't exactly know where you would be able to find it though.... Pretty sure it's included in most Paranoid Android ROMs (sorry it's been a while since I flashed anything so I might be incorrect).
There is an app in the play store as well and I don't think it requires root, but I would say that having it built into a ROM would work better.

What about if your not unlocked boot loader...how can u change soft keys locked n just rooted? Without the paid app I'm poor
