Here is the main features of this program:
1. it records video and audio into MP4 file.
2. during recording it writes a timestamp, location, and speed in the form of subtitles in SRT file (subtitles can be displayed in the player while watching a video on the PC).
3. it does splitting the movie into sequence of the files each of which has either fixed duration (length), or variable duration (splitting occurs under specified conditions).
4. it watches for the usage of the storage in the specified limits to prevent a lack of free space.
5. it allows to play recorded files, upload them to SkyDrive, and manage them as well.

Nice app and good job. You can add to title info about update app to 1.2 version.

Suggest you to keep all attached files in the first post.

Widget that show video titles., any recommendations?

So I have a few digital copies of BD videos and I am looking for a widget that will show the videos I have stored, basically along the lines of the YouTube widget. I would like to flip through them select a movie and have it played back on the stock player. All digital copies are wmv format and play fine via the stock player. Please see attached picture of what the YouTube widget looks like.

mizuu movies has the widget you're looking for. its in the play store for $.99. Scrapes the data and gives cover and movie info like Plex and XBMC. There's a free version with ads as well.

Just what I was looking for except that one of my movies is not being displayed, it comes up with a different movie description and cover art but at least it plays it back properly so I guess no big deal

You can go in and edit to scrape the right movie as well. I had to do that a couple times.

I did that but the dev got back to me and all I had to was rename the file and it's showing up properly

Some very weird videos of Xperia Z3...

Hi,
So just now, I wanted to watch some more videos of the new phone I recently ordered and am appropriately excited about. But while running a youtube search for "z3 compact" and changing the search filter for recently uploaded, suddenly dozens of videos popped up in the search, all uploaded in the last hour by a weird someone named "Jarrett Strout". All these random videos are made from random titles that all include "Xperia Z3" in them. The descriptions too seem to be jumbled from different videos (when compared to normal videos of the Z3 the "Jarret Strout" videos usually share a title with one of those real videos and the descriptions are also jumbled from actual regular videos of the Z3). And the videos themselves... they are just a random group of semi-relevant pictures, mostly weird pictures of Xperia devices and other phones, but then on some videos the pictures are even more random. All the videos also have this music that goes on for only the first minute - after that the video is just silent. Pretty creepy.
This is probably the work of some weird bot program designed to automatically make videos from random video title and descriptions and "relevant" found images. Really no idea what the purpose of this thingy is, maybe just a bored guy who wanted to see if he could make a random video creator that would freak people out. Regardless, this was just too weird, random and creepy for me not to share.
