Open app drawer > Press Menu > Edit > Drag the icon you wish to use

I guess it will. You may have to uninstall existing stock launcher first. Just make sure you have another launcher installed when you remove it

did you edit it somehow from the framework-res? can you make one for Samsung Galaxy Fit? if you want the resources for you to be able to edit the apk I will post and attach it here for you, ill be waiting for your response mate

I tried it already on my Samsung Galaxy Fit tol, it's working well and I modified some things. I will not share the modified one though, if ever I wiill all credit still goes to you kabayan

you have to be on deodex rom if to install directly on stock rom coz it doesnt allow to install the modded file

I think no but haven't tested it.
I think after installation you have to push the home button. Then you will get
a screen which launcher you will use.

[MOD] ICS Style Window Animation

Hi guys I found an interesting window transition by modding framework-res.apk, now we can feel ICS transition style on our ROM, currently works on AOSP ROM like Cyanogenmod, MIUI, etc.
Here's I upload a video (sorry for the blurry cam ):
SORRY THIS MOD IS NOT COMPATIBLE ANYMORE WITH NEWER CM7. I WON'T UPDATE IT BECAUSE CURRENT CM7 NIGHTLY ALREADY HAS IT.
rules:
- Must running AOSP ROM and it original launcher.
- Not working on GO Launcher & LP because they are using their own animation
- Works on Zeam Launcher (tested, on video)
- be sure to backing up your current framework-res.apk from /system/framework
- I'm not responsible if your phone get stuck, bootloop, hang, died, explode, or somehow expanding into decepticon
Installation:
1. Flash via Recovery (first boot will a bit longer because dalvik also wiped), or
2. Extract the apk and replace the file and set the corresponding permission then reboot.
Currently for Cyanogenmod 7 P970 Framework.
attached an original AOSP launcher because it has removed and replaced by ADW. see bottom OP.
Many thanks to "Orr.Penn.18" & "sileshnair" from i9100
Grab it fast (flashable zip), now with transparent status bar (theme dependencies)

I attached ASOP GB Launcher, copy to system/app, set permission ro RW-R-R then reboot.
if you have other launcher, open settings > applications > manage > all, select the launcher app then select "clear defaults"

If you're using Cyanogenmod 7 stock launcher, it has replaced by ADW, use the zip to restore it into original AOSP launcher

Thanks buddy, I was still missing a little ICS bits even after string different themes on theme Chooser and go locker and so on..

If you are on Huexxx 's mentioned AOSP and SUPER AOSP launcher 2 , then then you do t need to flash the launcher again.

hmm, i'll check later. for the moment, try to manually extract the apk from zip, copy paste it to system/app, set permission to RW-R-R then reboot.

The lesp4ulicsanims.zip has an empty updater-script.

Yup, it doesn't have update script... So it won't do anything.. Please correct it lesp4ul

i flashed on CM7.2.0 & my launcher is stock one , i try flash many time , sory sir but i don't know what wrong.

It flashed, but no modification implemented, ADW as still there. And UI became laggy. Take your time bro, study it.

Hmm, wierd man. Here was i did, manually copied launcher2.apk to system/app, set permission to rw-r-r. Reboot to recovery, then wipe dalvik and flash framework.
It worked for me. I'll look for other launcher or try zeam, it should work because it uses stock animation.

Are you sure has aosp launcher? Because stock cm replaced by adw. Try zeam launcher for now.

I tried it with redy2006's build with AOSP Launcher, and all I have is the zoom in/zoom out animation. The default one. your video shows different animation, especially pressing the back button. hmm..

for screen indicator you must decompile the launcher apk with apk manager, and just replace image for screen indicator. when done, compile and sign...

The 31-05 version for CM9 can be used on i9100G right? =)

i can not create theme for divine as it is ICS
and i can not create it with out the device

nice start, but there's still some blue stuff in it
in menu the icon system icon is still blue and apex launcher is still part blue in this theme.
also in the contacts the scroll barr is still blue
if that's fixed them i'm gonna stick to this

Don't know what u mean bro.... but systemui.apk takes care of the notification and statusbar, if that's what u wanted to know.
