Goo manager - Sprint HTC One (M7)

So my phone died last night and like usual when I restart my phone it comes up with the ROM update is available even though i'm running the latest viperrom one, and I go to load goo manager and it tells me that the server is down and that they're working on it. can anybody reach the servers right now

Ok could use some help/advice

So I came from the Inspire which had an abundance of development going on for it, now that you can finally root the Vivid I'm hoping that it will pick up here as well. What I'm wanting to know is what ROMs are out there that will work for the Vivid and if they can be flashed used ROM Manager or if thats not available yet.
Also boot animations (if they must be vivid specific or can be used from any phone style)
Thanks for any help I might be able to get.
I really would not recommend the from manger yet for the vivid. The Holiday recovery is not correct for the Vivid
Read the Super guide and get the proper Recovery.
Check out the Vivid dev section there are a few Sense 3.5 Roms, the only one I have been successful with is RumRaider the rest I have had issues with boot looping and the like. Many of us are still trying to get to the bottom of these issues. However it is very early on on dev for the vivid

Recovery confusion
There is some confusion circulating about the CWM recovery version compatibility with the few roms currently available, and Rom Manger has reported an incorrect recovery version to me.
I would hold off on RM for a bit.
I have successfully loaded and used RumRaider and HoliRaider.
I would just follow the super guide and stay away from ROM Manager.
I still won't use ROM Manager even when it is supported because it's way to buggy for my liking. Plus, it's always good to know how to do everything manually if you ever have any issues.

Also when i click install it says "confirm phone model:" and says "HTC Holiday" however i am on a HTC Vivid with the virtuous rom.

Holiday is the European name of the Vivid.

[Q] Removing Google Now

Like most people, I jumped at the chance to have Google Now w/ voice on my HTC Vivid running ICS. Worked well until the newer version came out which was JB only. I got tired of the 'newer version is available' nag so I removed Google Now using StockGoogleSearch.zip but apparently it left behind voicesearch.apk version 3.0.1 which would force close. I downloaded version 2.1.4, replaced it in the system/app folder and changed the permissions to be the same (rw user, r system) and it works well until I reboot. When I reboot it re-installs version 3.0.1 and I have to install 2.1.4 and it works again. I know I'm missing something obviously but I don't know what. Any ideas?
Just reflash your ROM without wiping should remove whatever Google now added

Just running the stock rooted ICS Rom. Would this still work?

correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you have to run an RUU
You know you could have just swiped away the card notifying you of the new version, and it wouldn't have nagged you anymore. As far as removing it, you should have made a backup before flashing it, as is advised multiple times in the OP of the Google Now for ICS thread... just flashing whatever ROM you're running should get you back, but you may end up having to full wipe/reflash

Update downloaded

I'm running a custom gpe rom and it automatically downloaded the 4.4 update and it has a persistent icon to the top that says tap to install... Is there any way to get rid of this?

I have HTC One m7 u
I changed the CID and MID to the one
for the developers release and I installed
the Google edition ROM on it
I received few updates on my phone over time and updated without problems
Recently, I received 4.4 update but when I updated the phone it rebooted and the display turned blue and the refused to boot to the ROM

You changed CID and MID to Developer but you flash the Google Edition ROM. I remember the CID's are'nt the same for those two?
Allso, make sure you have stock recovery and try super CID maybe as it worked on my One.
