For some reason I am unable to flash kernels and ROMs. I am still rooted and unlocked so I'm not sure what the problem is. I've tried both TWRP and CWM.
EDIT: I should also note that the phone reboots when I try to flash.

No luck. I relocked and unlocked. I tried flashing a ROM without a kernel and the same thing happens... The phone reboots. The only thing I really have left to try is to RUU back to stock and start over. I was able to flash a kernel using fastboot though.

It was just the wolfpack kernel, but I got it now by flashing with fastboot... Recovery still won't flash ROMs and Kernels though.

that is very odd. can you download twrp and flash it in fastboot and try again? I know this has been an issue on other devices and apparently it can be fixed by flashing the recovery in fastboot.

Strange issue indeed. I ended up having to completely start from scratch to get it to work (RUU > Unlock > Flash)

Hello, i got my One yesterday and promptly rooted it via the HTCDev site. i have gotten supersu installed and cwm installed. however, when i try to install a rom, everything says it works but when i reboot it stays at the HTC screen. the only one ive gotten to do anything is viper rom and it comes up with no signal and no apps installed and then reboots about 2 minutes later. any suggestions? any info i need to give?

boy, i don't know at this point, you may have borked the radio, i would try to ruu, get back to stock and start all over.keep in mind if you run an RUU you have to relock the bootloader to do so. then you can unlock again and go from there.install recovery etc/

Also, I suggest using the revone s-off method from the revolutionary team. It allows you to flash ROMs more easily without flashing the boot.img separately. The link to the thread on how is in my web signature.

erase cache + dalvik cache. pay attention to the elementalx logo that should show up before the aroma installer goes on, then it's okay . try to keep everything on stock also in aroma and see if it works.
erasing cache and dalvik didn't work. the aroma installer boot up, i chose stock on everything, and same problem still exist.

Sorry for bringing back this thread, but I seem to have the same problem. I'm running ARHD 21.0 on HTC one dev edition with CWM recovery. Rooted, unlocked, S-On.
I get through all the options in Aroma and a few seconds after it starts installing the phone just reboots.
Maybe someone came up with a solution?
Hi guys I downloaded CM 11 from cyanogenmod.org for the Atrix HD and when I try to download it I get the error ''Status 7'' with CWM Recovery. Have you guys been able to install it with the file from the web site?? Please help :crying:

Like I mention in every one of these threads, Status 7 is, at least 99% of the time, a bad download. Redownload and verify the MD5 checksum.
The MD5 for the official nightly is "513639551c586888db38bc9b17c7dab2". Use this program to verify the MD5 checksum.

4.4 needs the latest CWM to install. Try using Philz Touch Recovery or install the latest img from the Clockwork website.
I don't know if any of you guys solved your issues but you need to download cm11 onto external SD card then download philz touch version of cwm also on ESD card. Flash philz touch in your already existing cwm whatever version that may be. I forgot if it will boot back into recovery automatically but get back into recovery. If you are soft bricked get back in recovery by holding the power and vol up button I think and just flash rom as normal wipe data/cache/dalvik etc. That's how fixed my status 7 and flashed OSE 4.4.2 and loving it. Hope I helped.

Try flashing Phil's Recovery, it should be version 6.0.4.5. Once I flashed Phil's I have not had a failed flash of any 4.4 Rom.
