If you can boot in download mode, use Odin to flash a stock rom, It may revive your device
Have a look at this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2313363
I explained how to flash a fresh stock, if you face any trouble ask us and we try to help you
For all of you (GALAXY ACE USERS) who want to backup your IMEI:
TRYING TO BACK UP YOUR IMEI = BRICK

Ace efs is deep inside radio and touching it ... it ko imidiatly!
And now a side note. The efs being inside radio makes it almost impossible to be touched by flashing roms kernels whatever. So don backup it up or touch it

That's simple
TRYING TO BACK UP EFS OR TOUCH EFS PARTITION = BRICK YOUR DEVICE INSTANTLY
And that if safe change/flash roms or kernels via CWM 5, because EFS partition isn't touched
so don't touch EFS folder/partition!!

Unfortunately, there are no known ways to restore your Galaxy Ace after bricking it due to the efs partition.
Good luck.

You may not have installed some tools like C++,DirectX etc.
I don't know how to solve your problem because is windows related, not ODIN.
Also you are on the wrong section.
PS:Use the other "lappy" to flash things to your phone.
It may also be .NET Framework related.

Bull****. I run without Admin perms on Windows 7 and works great. Check DirectX, .netFramework, and other needed components. Or try another PC if you can. E.g on friend PC.

Thank for the reply...as i said, other odin working well, i flash my ace without any problem...only odin v4.43 cant, so i cant flash any rom to my s plus...
It work before, then i use it to flash stock rom to my s plus...after that i want to flash broodrom...then it corrupt even if i select stock rom...
What the need of this post? Coz i cant solve it, if u cant solve it then said just use the other lappy...your comment is not helping as you too cant solve my problem...

Hi. I'm trying to fix my sisters N1. I know a decent amount about Android, I've got an s2 and have had it for a while. But I can't seem to be able to get this nexus off this white boot loader screen. Running cynogenmod but I don't have a clue how she got to this screen. I rooted the phone and installed the rom but was years ago. I'm so lost and need it fix urgently. Would be greatful for any help.

RSD Lite and Fastboot. Got the files from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1853522. Also I didn't want to share specifics until we got the OP's phone figured out and fixed, which we did.
That happened to me the other morning it was bad. I used the firmware before the latest update through rsdlite and voila it came back to life! I wish we can use beats installer but sadly we cant. At least we didnt hard brick the device.
Sent from my MB886 using xda app-developers app
Hope this helps
Okay to start off I have bricked my phone through beats installer, I was pretty ticked, as most of you are. I brought my phone back to life and want to put everything I did to do so. I will put everything I did, if it actually helped or not, you would have to ask a Dev. Before I start thanks to Matt for the help.
Okay the first thing I did was go into recovery and wipe EVERYTHING (including cache)
I then attempted to flash the software from my sd card (I was desperate and had no idea what to do lol)
After a little more reading and finally getting my phone to charge (i wanted to let it charge for a while) I found out about RSD Lite (http://www.tucows.com/preview/853731)
I booted into my bootloader (fastboot) and connected to my computer. I had already opened RSD Lite and it recognized my phone. I then selected the software for my phone I found on a thread here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1853522) and started the process. It around 10 min, so be patient.
A guy I talked to did the exact same thing for at least 2 hours and it finally went through. Keep at it and don't give up, hopefully this will help you get your phone working again

You will have to wait for your phone to get jelly bean update. After that, use an app called Triangle Away to reset your flash counter. Then unroot the phone and flash stock with odin

If you rooted with method that increase binary counter of your phone - there is not option to revert it to original state. Samsung will know you did "bad things" with your phone. And good news are that binary counter could be reseted when we get JB, with use of Triangle Away. Till then nothing.
Thank you all for the enlightenment

I think that jigg is not working on our phone... But not sure. If it does, I think that there will be a story about that here.

Need some changes in our phone, that are risky for developers. Could hard brick.
Yeah... Triangle Away doesn't yet support our phone!!
Some risky tweaks and modifications needs to be done to make it work on our phone!

Nobody have tried the USB JIG?! Should told me before to do one and try it! There's still some chances!
I'll do it today or tomorrow as i can get the materials lol
BANKAI!
Maybe I missed something. I thought it was possible to load a new ROM without increasing the bc as long as you don't use Odin to do so. All replies assumed bc has increased.

After rooting and installing other ROM's is it possible to revert to stock ROM and setup the i9070 to be ready to go to warranty without any problems?

It depends what root method is used. On GB first root method increased bc. On JB we have non increase bc method. And on GB is showed up non increasing too. So everybody that used that first root method on GB have increased bc.

Should I answer now the same question?
Is it possible now?
I want to play with mods!
Can I revert everything back to original to send it to warranty if things go wrong?

maybe google or moto can help you.
sorry to hear that bro. you should always always unlock and root and enable adb in developer options on your phone so these problems become far less of importance.

Here is manual and OTA:
http://developer.android.com/preview/download-ota.html
AFAIK bootloader setting in dev options doesn't have to be enabled
did you try the nexus root toolkit to flash a factory image?
