Is your phone rooted and bootloader unlocked ??? If yes then I would first suggest you boot phone into recovery ( make a backup ) then I would do a full wipe ! wipe data/factory rest , wipe cache partition and wipe dalivk cache then reboot. If that don't work then it might be best to flash a up to date firmware to your phone. have a read of the link. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2069723
I send my phone to Lab and they say that problem is motherboard and charge port. Also I saw that phone not respond if connected to PC and back to normal mode when disconnected.

My phone keeps showing that its charging even if its unplugged, it happened since I tried to install Google Now. But I thought it would be some glitch in system file so I revert to stock rom but the problem was still there...Now I am back in Maclaw's CM9

It was the problem of charging port, the middle thing in that was touching another metal and it made it thinking its charging .....just moved it bit here and there...and it worked :good:
Oh, I thought that you should wipe the cache in recovery mod.. Well good that you solved your problem
just clean the charge port

Can someone help me? I’m currently running Criskelo’s ICS V11.2 with CF-LRG. Yesterday i noticed a massive battery drain up to 12% per hour. After charger was connected for a few hours i can’t turn phone on, after 5-10 min phone going on by itself, after starting the Phone going again off. I wipe in recovery but it did not help. It keeps repeating.
First of all I'd say you try other battery saving kernels out there e.g. SpeedMod, if your still getting that battery drain bug, try to go to CWM, wipe dalvik cache and batterystats and charge your phone until it's full. Use it until the battery drains to 5% and charge it to full again. (Do a complete battery cycle is what I mean).
Check back after if your still getting the battery drain issue.
probably the problem is hardware issue ( usb connector).
i have flash other rom other kernel, wiped. nothing. i still can't charge battery over usb. how i can restock (cause of warranty)? no way with ODIN

If you flash any gb with pc Odin use a full wipe version and it'll erase root and cwm. Doesn't matter if it's 3 part or not.

I guess u may have read about the cwm. zip brick problems in detail.
question: r u sure the battery is not dead?
if no response from the phone, possibly super brick. may try with a USB JIG
JTAG, or mother board replacement.

how are you sure that the battery is charged? did you test it with a multi-meter?
let's go through a checklist of 'the simple stuff' first

hi i am new here. yesterday i flashed existenz 2.0 rom on sony xperia sp. All went right. then i flashed boot animation on it . then i restarted but it stucks on animation. now nothing is happening i have tried charging it but i think it doesnot do charging in switch off mode, so it starts again and does some charging then on animation it stucks and charging stopps and then after some time it drains the battery and gets swiched off. Then again this process continues. it is not going into recovery mode, flash mode , fastboot mode.
so if you can help me in this situation. pleeassssse
Sounds like a pretty bad bootloop does your PC recognise anything when you connect it? You need to go back to stock or at least to a working ROM. The long and short of it is to fix it you are going to need adb, recovery (if you have a nandroid backup) or flash mode. If you can't get any of them I think its bricked

i had similair problem to this no fastboot because of rebooting problem i had to take back off phone press and hold hard reset button with a pen and connect usb while pressing up all at the same bloody time not that easy but it did go to fastboot after a few attempts (might not work first time keep trying took me about 5 attemps)good luck
Are your Xperia Bootloader is unlocked? To install the custom ROM, you need to unlock the bootloader.

Any idea how much charge is in the phone? I think you will have to keep trying to get into fastboot or recovery try power and then vol up/down or camera depending on what your recovery is I can send you a full nandroid backup of stock if you need one. You need to break into the boot cycle get into recovery (i am assuming you have installed a recovery on this device) timing will probably have a lot to do with it.
Programming is a race between engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.
make sure to use the stock sony usb cable as i think flashmode doesnt work well with other usb cables. also try the other usb ports on your computer. technically, you should still be able to enter flashmode and recovery.
