Stuck in HBOOT - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

SOLVED
Hi, I am stuck in HBOOT.
I am able to get to the recovery but I have no rom installed on my phone.
How do I get custom_rom_file.zip to my phone without booting it up?
Thanks a lot
// I am trying to push rom via ADB Sideload, I hope this will work.
//Booting into new rom, sorry for bothering..

[Q] How do I get my phone back to stock rom?

Hello,
I just got the HTC One today, and installed CyanogenMod. There were problems with some key-features, so I decided to just stick with the stock rom. Unfortunetely, when I tried to re-install the stock rom, everything ****ed up, to say at least. So with the help of TWRP I wiped the SD-card, but I think something went wrong in the process, because the phone kept restarting only making it to the logo of TWRP. (Then, I tried to do an adb sideload, but I was told that no devices was found. Fastboot sees my HTC One, but ADB doesn't. Also, I am not able to transfer anything to the SD-card, as it is not showing up when I connect my phone to the computer. Now I am just stuck at the bootloader, with access to TWRP. The bootloader says TAMPERED and UNLOCKED.
I have been using the AIO-kit so do most of the unlocking.
How do I get my phone back to stock rom?
Or, how do I make ADB reconize my device?

Yo ! Do you have cwm recovery ???
Do you have the drivers installed on pc ???
If you can boot into recovery flash any rom (for one only ! Duh!)
sorry for any ty¶°s
Boot in recovery, after you can push with adb command a rom or you can sideload it.
You know what's adb/fastboot?

Push a rom into the sd with the command:
Code:
adb push nameofrom.zip
or use adb sideload:
Code:
adb sideload rom.zip
after choose in TWRP -> Advanced -> Adb Sideload

seriously mate, do some searching, don't wanna sound rude, but this has been asked & answered about a gazillion times.
anyway, one of three methods to get a ROM onto your phone:
1- OTG cable
2- adb push, as in "adb push <name of rom>.zip /data/media/"
3- adb sideload, as in "adb sideload <name of rom>.zip"
adb command work in custom recovery.
it is alive again.. i had seen your answer to another soft brick issue but the things i was doing was not working, however now it is, so thank you.

[SOLVED] Crap! Phone stuck on HTC logo, accidentally did a full delete from recovery.

I ****ed up. I accidentally deleted everything from the bootloader menu. I was just about to flash a ROM onto the phone and forgot about it not having an SD card so all the internal data was wiped.
The phone is now always on and stuck on the green HTC logo with quietly brilliant written underneath.
Just before this the bootloader was unlocked and the phone was S-OFF. When I plug the phone into my PC it does not get recognized. Is there anything I can do via fastboot or adb to get something back onto the phone? I can't access recovery because it's stuck on the logo. Sometimes when I hold the power button the screen will go black but moments later it will go back to the HTC logo. I assume I'm in some sort of bootloop but I have no idea.
Is there anything I can do? This is an absolute nightmare.
I've tried fastboot reboot-bootloader but that says < Waiting for device >.
I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I just got into recovery. Don't want to lose my chance, what should be my next step?
Sideload a Rom and install it! You use TWRP?

Yes, you should install now with sideload. In TWRP under "Advanced" in CWM based recoveries under install zip/from sideload
But if there is no connection between ADB and your device it won't work.
Wait for a minute when it is connected and maybe the driver will get re-installed so sideload might work then.

Yes I'm using TWRP.
I did a sideload of a Paranoid Android ROM. After it completed I tried a reboot but the device still warns me that there is no OS installed so I haven't done it yet. Although it said the install completed I'm worried it may not have as a result of this message.
Ok rebooting did in fact boot into the ROM. All is well.
I love you all.

[Q] HTC One Fastboot Commands Not Working

Hey! So I rooted and installed cyanogenmod on my HTC One M7, and It was working fine for a while. Then recently it wouldnt turn on. I can access the bootloader, but my recovery - ClockWorkMod - was not working. I cannot enter recovery or factory reset my device. Also when I try to flash a new recovery via fastboot, it says that it failed to write, and my devices freezes on the fastboot screen. In fact any command I try via fastboot fails. I Hope to be able to restore my phone back to stock sense. Any help?
My sdcard is Fragmented
