How active is this section? - Off-topic

I'm kinda new. Hi!

Not as active as this thread, as it's going to be locked soon. If you have a simple question, please don't make it into a thread. Simply ask it in an existing thread. Also if you want to say hi, go here:

+1, the only reason people post here is for more attention. Android development gets more hits than other parts of the Galaxy S forum. Therefore they post here, unfortunately that's not the rules.
In future please post in Q&A.
There is this neat thing called the search box. And yeah definitely not Dev. Cripes.

There is no point discouraging some one who is new! You were not an expert when you joined. yes he did a mistake by posting in the dev section but that doesnt give you the right to have a go at him.. xda is all about sharing each others knowledge.
Welcome to Android mate. Congrats for buying the beast! And Please use search from the next time.

(Q) 4.2.2 Touchwiz on N7000..

Hi. I'm a noobi and I posted this q at the wrong forum(general) earlier and the respons was not very nice..
I've wondered about this q a while and have not found any topics anywhere.
Q. (this is not a reqest! Please don't jump the guns)
It would be cool with a TW 4.2.2 rom on the Note. And I know that Samsung haven't released any for it yet. But I wonder. Why wouldn't it be possible to modify a f.ex. S4 TW 4.2.2 rom to work on the N7000? After all here are plenty of custom (aosp?)4.2.2 roms. And people do customize TW 4.1.2 roms.. I'll idmit I don't understand the difference.. I'm only a f...ing noobi and haven't found any writings on just this.

Opening a new thread for the same question again after you got answers there already isn't necessary. So why not read your thread in General again and accept the answer: "No"

Since you ask. Because I only ment to ask in the proper forum.
Maybe it was not necessary, but is that up to you to decide?
It was not only an" if" question, but also a "why" question and I didn't get any proper answer, only sarcasm.
Why don't you read article 2.3 in the forum rules?
I was not trying to waste your time or annoy anyone or disturb or clutter your holy forum. I was just trying to learn a little. Thought it would be a legit question.
Now I have learned it was not and I will apologize to all of you and for draging this out.
I am so sorry!
(and I apologize for my poor english too)
To the mods: Please delete this thread too. Maybe I have one or two other threads. Will you be so kind to erase also those.
I am not worthy.

Hey buddies, this is Galaxy S Plus I9001 thread and not Galaxy S I9000. Please, stop coming here and ask for lollipop, m&m or whatever sweets or bombs. BTW, you shouldn't do that in your Galaxy S I9000 thread too. This is really annoying. When the time comes, you'll get to enjoy it. Learn to be a sniper, be patient.
