In the thread "Increase Internal Memory Size to Whatever You Want" there isn't available the boot image for Odin suitable for my firmware version: S5570IXXMA1.
Is it possible to make it available?
Thanks,
NN
I was looking for it too... but after increasing the size ,,... will it slow our performance down ? Or a more lower benchmark score in stead? Just ask for confirming...

I hope that you don't troll us because you write this in wrong section. You need to post in this section http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1733 or in this http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1312 . You post this in Mini 2 section not in Mini section (even your firmware tolds that)

Dear all. I believe that the amounts of memory available in our beloved Ace is completely unacceptable. The device has a nice processor, plenty of ram but users cannot instal bigger apps. There are also problems with fabulous apps like Wimp, which however don't let the user (maybe due to to some copyright protection or synchronization with PC) to save media on SD card but only in USB memory.
Developers, please help and write a tutorial for dummies. Thanks!

Yes, first of all you can upgrade it to Gingerbread DDKQ7 Android 2.3.6 India version. Then you need to install Custom recovery like ClockWorkMod recovery to partition your SD card (Minimum 4GB Class 10 SD cards recommended for quick read-write status). Then there are several apps like Link2sd, app2sd etc. which will solve this low internal memory issue. Anyways Galaxy Pop/Mini has a dedicated forum, and you'll get better feedbacks from there --> Galaxy Mini Q&A
^^^^^Thanks!!!!

You can update it via Kies, if that didn't help try this:

Ok well since you're a "newbie"
Might I point you to the XDA Rules
Which state:
5. Post a message only once.
As a large forum we don't need unnecessary clutter, You're free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better. Not everyone is online at the same time, it might take a while before you receive an answer.
But yet you post TWO of the same exact threads... So before you do any sort of flashing or asking for help. Read the rules. You will only make enemies if you do not
I closed the other thread but will leave this one open

I watched the topic in V Development section.
I am not sure what you are asking here.
Do you want someone to give you the mod to swap external memory OR do you have the mod and want to share it with others?

First of all, this's the wrong place to post questions, do that on Q&A section. Second you'll learn to use the XDA search box before ask from now on. Regarding your doubts, read my FAQ here & to root take a look here & if it doesn't work, use the search box. Have fun guys & I almost forgot, welcome to S3 mini forum.

Internal storage should be big enough for many but remember two things:
1) 5Mpx camera. I save all photos to externalSD and they do take up 1GB fairly easily, if you take many photos like I do.
2) full phone backups (which you should always have at least one of) take up a LOT of space - mine are about 1.2GB each - and I keep them on extSD too to leave space for apps on internal.
