So I stumbled upon THIS mod today which claims to offer the Sense 5 quick settings to all devices. The layout really intrigued me, however I realized that I have never seen this before. I'm currently running 4.2.2 Android Revolution and all I have is the basic quick settings that you see on all 4.2.2 devices. I've searched through the settings but could not find anything.
Where are these extended quick settings hidden? Or where they only in 4.1?

Hi,
So over time, I got used to how quick settings work on the N7, but when I got my Nexus 4 I started to think how much better it might be if it worked the same on the Nexus 7. As in, notification panel appears in the center, and a 2 finger swipe or tap of the icon switches to quick settings.
Is there a mod available to enable this behavior? Or does anyone know how? I guess it's not as simple as changing an option on SystemUI?
I've searched around but come up with nothing useful, so if anyone has any ideas that'd be amazing
Cheers.
Hello there
I have been using TrickDroid 8 for a while now and I absolutely love it. Recently I flashed the Tweaks & Themes package and installed many things, among those the AOSP Lockscreen. Under TrickDroid settings, my clock's position is "Center", however every time the device sleeps and then I unlock it, two clocks show up, one in the center as specified and then one on the right (the default one). I fix this by going to trickdroid settings > statusbar > clock > hide > then renable Center. But then when I click the power button for the device to sleep and then wake it up, the problem returns.
Any fix for this? It's extremely annoying.
I attached a screen shot of the problem.
Thank you guys

Same... only fix I found was never flash the AOSP lockscreen. Send the dev a message, im sure he will look into it.
Well, I already did flash the AOSP Lockscreen. Is there a way to remove it and get the Sense lockscreen back? :s

You'd be better posting your question in the Trickdroid thread, you're more likely to get an answer there.
Transparent dok
I'm currently facing problems with theme pack for Trickdroid 9.0 Sense version.
Can't set transparent dock in Aroma. Does anyone have the steps to get there?
Best.
Hello!
I know there are some Threads about it already.
I've been searching the web (and xda) about hiding those Nexus navigation buttons in apps but with no success of what I want.
I have already posted this in Q&A but with no success.
REQUEST:
I want my navigation buttons to be ACTIVE on some apps, while I want those button to hide on the other apps with !!POSSIBILITY!! to activate them (indefinite, not only for some seconds) and deactivate when needed.
I don't want them to appear "above" everything like some apps and ways to do this offer. I want it stock, the way android 4.4 does this (eg. http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/1...go-truly-full-screen-hide-the-navigation-bar/)
With the latter I meant when on Home Screen - there should be transparent Button Bar (like stock 4.4) Not like apps that only offer full black
Do you think it is possible? Or maybe modified ROM could offer tweaked and improved android 4.4 "Full-screen Immersive mode" HERE.

Well considering the rom scene has yet to start up for cm or any other rom for that matter, I wouldn't hold your breath. I am sure it is possible, but I don't know if someone will make it, seeing as there isn't a huge demand for this. Roms like AOKP have features like autohide nav bar and swipe up to reveal but nobody has what you want (that I know of) and I don't think it will happen.

Maybe you are right, but still I hope for a solution that would extend that Immersive mode to all apps.
I already found a similar solution app called Full!Screen. It does almost what I want with one exception - I want it to activate with a Gesture - Like swipe down with 2 fingers? and deactivate with swipe up from the bottom
I don't like any notification bar toggles
Maybe I can get it to work
Hi,
i just wonder why there are no sms shown on my lockscreen. I checked all options in security->Notification. (sms and telefone)
But nothing is shown -.-
A friend has the HTC One M7 with the Sense 6 update and for him it works.
Also i have no "extreme energie save mod" so i wrote to the HTC support. But he needed about 10 min to find out i have a Telekom branded Smartphone and that the update that brings the "extreme energie save mod" is no released for me yet.
Is the Lockscreen thing the same problem?? But i have this option in the settings and i checked it.
I hope you can help me
There should be no SMS on screen on stock dense, just notification on status bar... If you need it there are a lot of apps that can do it!
Mini 2 has sense 6 native, so there must be extreme power save mod...
I had feared that the support has not that notion.
So anyone an idea why there is no extreme power save mod??
About the SMS. Why has an friend of me (HTC One M7 with Sense 6.0) the notification at the lockscreen?? He has no app for it and it's defently Sense 6.0.

One m7 and one mini 2 have now the same sense version, so they should look identical, the changes are inside (camera, processor, sensors...) but the interface is exactly the same - if you're on stock rom - see also if you can find the extreme power save mode, if he has it you should have it too and find it in the same place
(settings > battery > then you have "power save mode" and after it "extreme power save mode")
I looked again and in the sms settings there's no option to see it on lockscreen

Actually you really don't have Extreme power save mode... It thought every sense 6 had it... I have it under my options, but we're running two different versions

At the first pic my friend has some more options. The second looks just like hims. but i don't know what version he has.
But it looks like you have a custom mod. the softkeys and icons look a bit different from my once.
Hello everyone,
I just got my OPO and Im in the process of trying to customize it the way I want it. I know what i want to do but I haven't been able to figure out how to accomplish it despite searching. In simplest term I am looking for a more functional lock screen. A major priority is launching google now without unlocking the phone. I searched for Ok google anywhere, but only came up with aftermarket apps. I previously had some version of jellybean on my kindle where the lockscreen allowed me to choose between unlocking the phone, and launching google now. Is there something I can install or a similar rom for Kit Kat and the OPO?
So far I installed an app called Slidelock which displays messages and notifications on the lock screen iphone style. It works great but an option that lets me quick reply from there would be even better. I haven't come across such an app or setting. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.

You can "call" Google now from any screen including the lock screen just:
Open Google Now
Settings
Voice
"Ok Goole" Detection
And select the options you want: From Anyscreen and From Lock Screen
Done.

For notifications. Try echo notifications
I think its much better then slidelock and nlis notifications. 100% free no ads
Sent from my A0001 using XDA Free mobile app
echo replaces the lockscreen, which makes it a no no for me, but some people do like that.
Nils you can set up by changing to aosp lockscreen on the opo, (settings lockscreen, disable custom lockscreen) then adding the widget, moving widget to default position then swapping back to custom lockscreen in the lockscreen settings.
DashClock?
