How do you guys use Google now with your bluetooth headset? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I've been reading about pressing the button on the headset to activate Google Now and say a command. However, when I do it, it just dials the last number I called.
Could it be my headset?

Voice Dial for Bluetooth Headset

Hi
Does anyone know a good software for use with bluetooth headset?
I want it to be activated by headset voice dial button and ask questions via headset.
Fonix that comes with O2 XDA does nothing from above or may be i dont know something about it?
It asked questions 'What number would you like to dial' via speaker while my bluetooth headset was active. And it cannot be launched using headset button.

Bluetooth voice commands

Hi all. I am currently using the overcome rom on my euro tab. Im trying to use a bluetooth headset for car dock apps such as google car home. The headsets I have tried both work very well on voice calls, but I can't seem to get them to work on the commands.
For example, vlingo has a wakeup command and an option to listen over bluetooth for the commands, but the app doesn't hear my command via the headset. Same thing with the voice search in google car home.
Anyone know what could be the issue?
Many thanks

[Q] why i need to tap the speaker button to get call to my headphone?

i am using a bluetooth stereo headset, and the stocked headphone with mic. when i get a call, i need to manually tap either speaker icon (in case of wired headphone) or bluetooth icon (in case of wireless) to get the voice in and out via headphones.
is this tapping necessary? cause when you don't have a free hand, it is quite inconvenience to do so. please advise.
I don't have to do that with my headphones. (I'm not using the stock ones though, so that may be it)

Have you tried just pushing the button on the headset, whether it'd be wired or wireless and see if it picks up the call? That's usually how it works unless you use auto answer when connected to headset

Wired headset answer call by voice

Might be being silly, but for the life of me I can't find option to enable answering calls by voice command via my wired headset. Or even auto answer. Only need it while wired headset is in use as means I'm on my bike and don't really have a free hand to use the button, especially with gloves on and it's under my helmet lol
On pie incase that's why. Suggestions Or just pointing out I'm an idiot are both welcome
