when posting post also a screenshot of same time period cpyspy.
Match the time awake with the times from bbs. So reset stats at same time.
Then check partials.
From this small time period you sent we cant see anything special. So please provide at least a couple hours worth/day.
For further assistence do some reading in ahalfords wakelock thread, its stickied and will provide you with most answers you seek.
As a small tip, disable for boot/start at least all apps you only require to run on demand, such as apps/facebook etc. and kill them when not using. Especially the torrent app as you maybe seeding lmao. Seeding is good, but not when you require battery life.
Also, if battery older then 6 months expect degredation. See same thread or seek best condition advice. Manymany threads on that.

Check out Link2SD on the Android Market! market.android.com/details?id=com… This works for ,1.6,2.0,2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 3.0.
When I gave this a try it let me install all my apps to SD card. Now I have almost 200 apps on my phone and still have tons of room left.

Android Battery Saving Tips!
I have noticed that alot of Android users are always complaining about battery life. Yes its one of the major downfalls when it comes to the Android OS. One of the main reasons for this issue is that the OS has so much running in the background. Such as Sense updates, Push notifications, Facebook, and other applications that have to run in the back. Why you may ask, well cause Android is about getting things fast to the consumer. In may return drained battery life.
So here is a few tips on how to make your day go longer without running for a charger!
If your out and about and not under WIFI all day, turn your 3G or 4G off and use 2G. You will still get all emails and tweets but less Data use and Network searching. The Network searching is the main thing that drains battery. It searches and searches till it has the best connection. Sleep or awake.
Another great tip is to let battery drain till phone turns off! Then leave it off and charge for two hours or more. This is a battery learn procedure. If you do this two times a week or so, your battery will have longer life.
Last tip:
If your not using a application just uninstall it. Alot of apps sometimes run in the background without you even using it. You can verify this in your settings. (Menu,Settings,Applications, and Running Services.).

That link has nothing to do with tweaking or tuning. Can we have this sent to the trash?

He is not being a troll he was just stating a fact that we have a similar thread for this that pertains to both phones. So this thread is quite useless as it sits, and IMO does need to be deleted. And the fact that you are soliciting your website on here doesn't help your case either....just saying.
Thank you fate. If only I were a moderator.... hmmm.

Ya probably b/c this forum wasn't created until about a month and a half ago, And the fact that there is still no source code released for this device, that makes it somewhat difficult to make any significant modifications to the phone.
Anyway here is the thread I referred to in my last post.

This thread is only 1 day old...lol
Lets keep it relevant here please..
I'm not gonna you any more of a hard time, but my point is the fact that we have already started a thread with some of these same findings, and so far your findings are not relevant to any special Sprint only modifications, We have link2sd, we have sysctl settings tweaked... So what tweaks are you talking about that is so special on the Sprint ZIO that you cannot already do on the cricKet ZIO?

I read on another post something about maximizing battery life using rootwiki. Could someone explain

I think that they were talking about the 1% increment mod that was posted on rootzwiki. I used it myself and its pretty sweet
http://rootzwiki.com/showthread.php?6497-MOD-1-Battery-Increments
Does this mod acutally improve the battery life, or just change how acurate the display is?

It actually decreases battery life by a bit, as the OS has to read the value more often.

Hello, Mods?
Why is this drivel allowed in development?
"Hello, please to explain what I see in another forum?!"
Jesus H. Christ, XDA has fallen on hard time when this is ok in development. No wonder TBH, Cyanogenmod, etc aren't using XDA at all anymore for development, announcements, etc. It's filled with 6th-graders who can't/won't abide by simple rules.

I feel like flaming dude shows a lower level of education level than 6th grade, it's the damn internet. No reason to get pressed over someone not knowing what they're doing.
Thread has been reported, lets all try to enhance our calm...
OP: For future reference, a post like this belongs in general. It does not contribute to any type of development and should not be posted in a development sub-forum. Also, if you have a question about something posted on another forum, you might be wise to ask your questions in that forum.
I didnt even know it was possible!

Every time someone posts this, God kills a baby panda. Please be considerate and, for the sake of the baby pandas, read the forum rules before posting. Not only will you be showing consideration for the poor, defenseless baby pandas, you will also be showing consideration for your fellow forum members and the moderators that have to take time put off their day to lock threads such as this one.

OK. Will do. I tried most of them. Was just getting a feel of what everyone is using. I hate pandas. Except for panda express

Hey! I wanted to start this thread because I know how important battery life is to people and I know there have been some problems and then there are others who are overjoyed with 4.3's battery life! I'm personally super happy because my SOT went from 2-4 hours to 4-6. A couple things to not, my brightness is almost always the mid to low and I'm almost always running Skype and AndChat. I'm on RasBeanJelly, and I love it
I'd love to hear what you've gotten, be sure to post what ROM you're on, what apps you generally use, and what your brightness level usually is. Thanks

I have upgraded from 4.3 to the leaked mlg 4.4.2. I have read that our is possible to go back to mj5 from here. Is that possible? Thank you for the help.

You should try reading.
Your question has been posted and answered so many times that Hellen Keller has seen it.

From the mlg 4.4 leak you can downgrade to mj5. Just follow the thread in the general section that says restore mj5.
Thank you 440bro. I'm sorry graydiggy for not having time to read every thread and question posted. I have a very hectic work and home life. I will strive to be more like you.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
There is a thread specific to MLG in the general section. Discussion of downgrading has been posted multiple times there.
Also, the MJ5 revert thread mentions it multiple times. Both are on the front page of the general section.
I work 12 to 15 hours a day at multiple ship yards, 5 days a week. Then I go home to my wife and kid, yet I still manage to find the time to read and learn as well as teach people how to do stuff with their phones. How do you think I gained the title of Recognized Contributer? There is no excuse to not read and learn for yourself. If you truly do not have the time, you should not be trying to modify your phone, because if you mess up, you won't have the time to fix it. Furthermore, the time wasted by posting this thread, and reading the responses could be used to learn for yourself.
XDA is a development community first. The rules clearly state to read before posting. If you can't find the time to do that, then you should not be here.

I understand everyone is busy. I appreciate the help here. I read the thread about downgrading b4 I posted just didn't see a confirmation on it working out of the 1k+ comments. I have rechecked and still have missed the other thread you've mentioned. I work in a similar environment. I can relate to long hours at work, multiple hours driving to and from work and dealing with 3+ kids and school activities everyday. I just think it's a little childish to comment liked that. When you get older you will understand. But thank you for your time. I hope you have a splendid day.
