I flashed 4.2.2 generic NL on my Z and at first my soft keys were transparant, but then I rebooted my device and did nothing special, now they're not transparant anymore and I don't know how to make them so again. Any help please? Added: screenshot

Never mind, fixed. Solution is deleting wallpaper (setting) apps, like Wizardri and then reboot. Works like a charm and you can reinstall the apps again afterwards

Widget torch stops working after using camera with flash. To make it work again you need to either delete "broken" shortcut from main screen and established new one or reset your phone pushing poweroff button for about 8 seconds. Is there any improvement for this soft or you have other solutions?

My phone has:
Android 4,0,4
N7000XXLRB
3.0.15-N7000XXLRI-CL811902
IMM76D.XXLRI
4.04 has a reputation for breaking or deleting shortcuts. I'd say it's a rom problem.

It especially had problems with non stock launcher.
You can download teslacoil's app

You could try another flashlight app. A good one I've tried before is TeslaLED, has more functionalities than the stock one and I noticed it worked when the stock one didn't (like with some custom kernels/ROMs).
Mine does the same thing 4.0.4 LRT, stock kernel, rooted.

I know that but stock flashlight is very covinient for me - especially with three levels of brightness. Still I think I will live with that until another update.
Hello guys,
I just rooted my Xperia Z and flashed this ROM on to my Xperia Z: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2262905
After flashed I clicked reboot system now on CWM. However, the phone didn't restart. After a minute, I turned it on myself but the screen would not come on, it was totally blank. I connected it to the charger (it's in charging now) and a RED LED keeps flashing.
What should I do? Please help .
Also, like a dimwit I didn't backup my phone so please give me methods to back it up in it's current state just in case any methods you guys recommend delete the data on my phone.
PLEASE HELP!
Thanks,
raheem

Well done.
Hi all, tried checking various threads and don't seem to be able to track down this problem.
Basically my phone decided to lose root for some reason, and then when I rebooted to check it went into a bootloop.
I reflashed Nut's .569 rom, superSU fix, and the stripped ftf.
Phone boots up fine, but now when I press the home button, nothing happens.
I also have Llama and there's no ongoing notification and buncha settings are messed up like ringtones, etc.
Any fix for the home button and reason why I can't get Llama notification back on the status bar? Tried everything so far.
Edit: seems like my status bar is dead or something.
Edit 2: Stock Sony camera is also dead. But other 3rd party cams are working.
Bizarre.
I would say, flash again. But make a clean flash. :victory:
Reflash Nut's rom, supersu fix, and reflash stripped ftf with wipe everything. This should solve everything as this doesn't seem like a hardware problem.

I've done that several times already. No difference. Everything feels dead in terms of the UI. No notifications, no google search Swipe, no alarm, no camera.
It seems that my /data/ is also empty. Wonder what may have caused this.

Did you try to switch phone off and on again? It looks like stupid software bug. If it wont work, wipe the camera's app data in settings
