Yes.. Super SU
When you first start the app, give it super user permission. Then go to SuperSU settings and install as system app.

It will disappear from your app drawer. Then you can delete it from system/ app using root explorer.
Make sure you have given superuser rights to superSU

Install Titanium Backup and freeze the SNS 1.0 app.

Or delete it
Just get file explorer which can access /system partition, like Root Explorer, find the specific .apk in /system/app and simply remove it.

I have same.

Why you don't use root explorer?
Just use Root Explorer to find the email.apk and delete it.
Check root permissions in SuperUser app. I had the same problem and I found out the app had no root permissions in the SuperUser app. Apps like that have a red circle on the right.
Thanks wery much.
I cant click thanks button on tapatalk

Titanium backup use its own busybox.
Busybox is series of linux (standart UNIX) terminal commands made to work for android
so if an app shows this and you dont have busybox installed you should install it or if you have it update it

AppOps?
If you are rooted and can install XPosed framework, XPrivacy module will let you control permissions for each app
(currently in alpha for Lollipop, so use with caution)
