Help! Xperia TL wont boot.... - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hey guys..ive just started messing around with new roms. I installed an xperia t rom (.140) on my tl, which was working fine. I then flashed CM 10.1, hit reboot in CWM, and now my phone wont turn on. When i press the power button it vibrates and the green LED flashes one quick flash, but thats it. Ive tried holding power and volume down key and it does the same thing. I plugged it into my pc and the pc doesn't find the phone. On the phone however, the green led light is on, a constant glow. Its not fully charged, probably around 60%. How can i fix this?! i can't get the phone to boot at all...i do ahve CWM backup but i cant get into recovery...help please???
Also, i just found that if i hold the power button and the volume up button the phone vibrates ones, pauses, then vibrates three times. Could this mean anything?

It means you have not read the op for cm roms.
Just repair your phone using pc companion and then if your want to install a custom Rom with a non stock kernel you must unlock your boot loader first

you have to install the proper drivers...
if you are on Windows 8, it's a bit time-consuming, if not, that's easy...
BTW, if you come to the conclusion that you can't repair via PCC, then flash a stock ROM via Flashtools, that easier and the drivers can be found in the folder which you install Flashtools (mainly C:/flashtools)
download a stock ROM (the latest one) FTF, flash via Flashtools, and everything will be ok
BTW, you don't need to unlock bootloader since it's an official Sony firmware
wish you luck

flash a stock kernel or a stock FTF using flashtool
1) Do the power and volume up trick until it vibrates 3 times
2) Use flash tool and attach in flashmode (Make sure you have drivers installed)

Goto the installation folder of flashtool and look in the driver folder
run driver.exe
tick the options for TX, flashmode and fastboot
also, try connecting the phone to flashtool before selecting the ftf to flash, then disconnect, select the ftf and connect when prompted.
post the output from flashtool here again
edit
Make sure you have done the power and volume + button until it has vibrated 3 times

[Q] Flashtool - Flash Mode unstable (green light)

Dear,
I've tried almost everything, sry
The problem is simple.
I've an X8 with stock (FW 2.1-update1, Kernel 2.6.29 and Build 2.1.1.A.0.6) and I'm trying to put it on ICS with MiniCM9.
The first thing I did was Root with SuperOneClick. Don!
Second was turn off the phone and install Flashtool and Flashtool drivers also.
Third, I tried to turn the phone into Flash mode and... the phone do not stay in "flash mode". After some seconds the phone reboot and enter in a orange light, instead of the green one.
Follow below the log of Flashtool:

turn on usb debugging. go to settings then to applications, development and touch where it says USB debugging
usb debug are on
i've install superuser first and then i've tried to install the new kernel.
the problem is "stay in flash mode"
the point is: when i put the device in flash mode, it stays for 5 seconds or less and reboot
I was having the same problem
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1663775
I made two mistakes, i didn't reboot my pc after installing flashtool and my antivirus was activated. After having rebooting my pc and disabling my antivirus, the flashmode was working.

Hi Juliano i´m from Brasil too, but i don´t know if i can speak portuguese in the forum. But anyway i was having a problem more or less like yours, the problem was not really the light in the flashtool, but with the error when i tried to flash any kernel, the message is equal that you post in your log: ERROR - ERR_SEVERITY="MAJOR"ERR_CLASS="SECURITY_CLASS"ERR_DYNAMIC="SIN header verification failed".
When you run the smc 7727 did you not have any error?Because when i run i have another error, where says that is not possible to gains acess route, but how? if the cel is rooted and the usb debuug was on too?

I bricked my Xperia Z by trying to flash CM10.1 without flashing boot.img on a locked device.

I have tried on Windows 7 and OSX, both with the same results. I tried using SEUS, it found an update but when i click to update the phone disconnects/reconnects (i know this from the sound windows make)

Yes i did. Theres something no right with the detection of the phone as it keeps on disconnecting/connecting when i plug it in via flash mode.
The SEMC Drivers were installed correctly. The exact same thing happens on my OSX which makes me believe an issue with the phone itself?

Yeah tried that.
Tried to flash on my mums Windows 8 PC today, got a little further, however after connection via flash boot it hangs for a couple of minutes and then the phone boots to the sony logo with a solid red LED.
I also noticed the device ID is just a string of characters, shouldnt it say Xperia Z??
If its still on a locked bootloader, return it through warranty. You should get a brand new device.
Tell them you were updating to. 253 and it wouldn't boot after.
(I know this is lazy and probably unethical but if it works it works)
did you solve this issue ?

My Z is running on stock .350, rooted and running XZDualrecovery and locked bootloader. I'm trying to flash the new .235 firmware but I have no luck at all using whatever methods. When I use flashtool, an error appears like this:
22/027/2013 15:27:22 - INFO - Device connected in flash mode
22/027/2013 15:27:22 - INFO - Opening device for R/W

22/027/2013 15:27:23 - INFO - Device connected in flash mode
When I use PC companion, to the step when it told me to power off the phone and holding the volume down key while reconnecting to the PC, nothing happen when I did as it told me to.
Also I notice when I dont run any program at all, and then power off my phone and holding the volume down key while reconnecting, there is a sound on my PC that notify a connecting device, but doesnt show anything at all (window 8). And the led of the phone started with red and blinked into green then disappear completely after just half a second. I dont know what happen, it seems like my phone cant go to flashboot mode. Please help me, I just want to upgrade to a newer firmware with root access and nothing else. Thanks
Have you got the correct drivers installed, have you followed the correct way in @shadowboy23 tutorial also there is a link in my sig on how to (shadows way is thought windows, mine is through dos)
Also try another ftf file maybe a bad creator/download
Edit: Please don't panic post, just read there is a lot of advise out there. Your not the first person to have problems and won't be the last but we all try to help each other

Its better to make a new thread...
You should attach in flash mode first then select and install drivers, now open flash tools app
If still flash tools doesn't recognize use Gordon's gate PC app to reset drivers,(this app is in your flash tools folder / drivers)

[Q] Hard bricked?

Hi,
I had unlocked my bootloader a few months ago to root the phone. I had taken a backup of the TA partition.
Today I locked my bootloader, and restored the backup of the TA partition I had made.
It doesn't turn on anymore. When I plug it in to charge, the led keeps flashing red.
When I plug it into my computer, its detected in flashmode. Sony PC Companian recognizances the phone.
I have tried flashing the stock Sony ROM using the Flashtool, but i always get an error.

what about DRM keys. are those restored properly?
I think so, it said the flash was successful. How can I check?
Did you have a original kernel on your phone then you locked the bootloader?

dial *#*#7378423#*#* on phone. service menu will open. go to service tests and scroll down to security.
there you will see 9 keys with key OK active written in bracket. if all keys are ok n active then relocking was successful otherwise not.
Also these keys are unique to each phone so you cant get those anywhere.

Make sure the drivers are installed correctly and working.
Check the device manager so that you dont have the yellow exclamation mark on it.
If all is ok there, maybe the phone dont start into flashmode correctly.
Have tried to hold volume down while connecting the usb?

Check if the bootloader is actually locked; press the bootloader button in Flashtool, it'll say unlock if it's currently locked (as you know). Either way, try flashing just the kernel: a .img through fastboot if bootloader is still unlocked, or a kernel FTF from the forum if it's locked. Make sure the cable has no loose contact - unlikely that this is the culprit, but it doesn't hurt to be sure. From what I understand, messing up the TA partition would render your phone completely unbootable, fastboot/flashmode included, so it doesn't look like that's the case. However, this is the first time I'm seeing a device "not recognize" a command so...
To summarize: probably not hard-bricked, but no idea if it's fixable. Be prepared to visit the service center. This is all I could think of. Good luck.

So I took my phone to the Sony Service Center. They say that they'll fix it within 10 days, and the estimated cost is RS. 0; but they'll give me exact details tomorrow.
So how did it go, did they fix your phone free of charge?

Ok. I think it is advised on Flashtool page on xda that for all Z series phone, we should use version 9.13 because of some bootbundle files in the firmware. u can give it a try or buy new z2 or z3

It gives the same errors.
Hello, can you fix your problem? Well, I have the same problem with my xperia ZR but I could flash my device by removing the battery then keeping pressing the "volume down" (until the end of the process) and connecting the USB, try and tell me how it went.
