You can use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=917377 with CM7, but remember that this is not a cyanogenmod supported app, so maybe can give us problems in future, I don't know.
I recoment you S2E from marked.
I had an HTC Desire and now I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace.
In my Desire I win some MB deleting system's app and I changing system partition with AlphaRev method. I like do the same process, modify my ROM a little bit and resize my partitions.
How can I resize my partitions? Thanks!

You need to try some external tool like MiniTool Partition. Here is the link on How to partition your SD card. See section C on first thread, It will guide you.
Hi.
Now that we have S-OFF would it be possible to change the partition layout to assigne more space for internal storage? I have removed most of the HTC bloatware in the ROM I'm using so the need for system space should be reduced. Nor do I need 2 gigs free to install apps...

It should be possible, but the risk of brickage is high. I haven't heard of anyone even attempting it.
has anyone more news about this?
because now with cm10.2 only needs 372mb on the 1.8gb /system partition... also /cache is 630mb...
what if we can put that extra storage to the /data partition?
