Weird thing. My original CID was O2__001. I have changed it to 11111111. fastboot getvar all confirmed that my CID has been changed. Bootloader shows it as well. however cid getter still shows my CID as O2__001. Does it mean it hasn't been changed?

Getvar
Did you try getvar? What does it say?
getvar shows supercid. getprop shows original cid.

Hi. With S -off I changed my HTC one to international version. The mid and cid is also off Europe. Now that I have to give my phone for service I need to get back the stock version and stock cid. But I can't find the right RUU. I do have the right ruu.zip. Will this work??
Please let me know the right procedure. Sorry if this is a duplicate thread.

Help ?? My phones radio w I not turn on....After flashing it
Sent from my SM-N900P using XDA Premium HD app
Recovery has nothing to do with radio.
RUU always fixes everything. If you're SuperCID, flash the HK RUU. That should take care of it.
Try doing *#*#info#*#* and making sure that your settings are correct
