there is a mod for this in international themes and apps section
Yeap, installed it last night and works.. Brilliant mod

Would you say a lot of Sprint HTC One users go to the international ONE forums? If the rom or mod says it works with Sprint, do they always work?

This is for 4.2.2 based ROMs, do not flash it on 4.1.2 or it might not work. Also don't forget to do a Nandroid Backup beforehand.
On the second or third page, he put a link for a 4.1.2 version.

Since the Google edition runs a 4.2.2 kernel, well I assume it does I'm not a developer to know exactly. Anyways can't devs use that to build 4.2.2 sense roms now?
Sent from my HTCONE using xda app-developers app
The radio and partitions are different. There is a slight chance CDMA will not get a GPe port. You def won't be able to get OTA's from HTC.
We'll have to wait until the 4.2.2 update to make it easier on the devs to port the ROM to our devices.
So I wanted to root my htc one and install a custom rom on it and everything went wrong. I unlocked the bootloader, flashed twrp, installed superuser. I then tried to install android revolution hd 12.1. after installing it from sd card it said that my device was not rooted and it rebooted and now i am stuck on the bootloader screen. I cannot try and install the rom again due to all my data being wiped somehow and I have relocked the bootloader and tried to run the ruu to return to stock but it says I need the correct ruu i updated to 1.31. someone please help!!!
It is loading to the "htc quite brilliant" screen and it wont go no farther, I can still get into bootloader and recovery though
Sprint Htc One issues
I am having a very similar issue! I just want to be able to use my phone whether stock or rooted now. Help!!!!!!
If you can access the boot loader, unlock it again then use TWRP's sideload feature to flash the ROM. Or you can probably find. The correct RUU in the sprint one forum.

BaadNewz's InsertCoin 3.0-7
Flar2's Bulletproof 3.4
Once you guys get your phone's fixed, make sure to flash a sprint compatible Rom. Android revolution hd isn't compatible for our phones yet

Seriously. The number of people who've managed to put themselves in this situation is staggering. We may just want to have a PSA sticky that says not to flash that ROM.
OP, you should at the least put your phone into fastboot because an RUU will not run with the bootloader open, but I'm not sure if there's a new RUU available for the latest OTA.
Fortunately you are not bricked try out this tool it makes your recovery so much easier http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2236814 with this you can flash a recovery and sideload a rom, you might have to also click the download HTC drivers as well. Make sure you sideload a SPRINT compatible Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2219. GL!
So find a Sprint Rom you like and download it, then from bootloader you can use this tool and sideload a rom and flash a recovery.
Ive got it to install a rom, i installed viperrom. After i did that and it boots up it says I have no service and the phone will reboot on its own. what do i do now?
You will likely have to RUU back to stock. The non Sprint Rom probable buggered the partitions or the baseband. Look in android development to find the RUU file you need. I don't think you can use the older one if you got the recent OTA.

Thats what I want to do go back to stock. Do you know where the ruu for 1.31 is?
I can't find it. I heard it was out there in a thread recently. Here is the older one though. That may work, I haven't tried though.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=
I haven't explored it myself, but I saw anecdotal posts stating that they were able to use the older RUU.

what do you mean?
Might have to wait for the RUU file to drop then. Coming from Samsung devices for a long time, I'm used to being able to use Odin to go back to older factory firmware without issue. It's a bummer. Maybe someone more versed will have better info.

Does the Non-Sprint HTC One threads say "Sprint"? No.
Are the Sprint HTC One forums labeled "Sprint"? Yes.
Do nearly all the ROM threads in the non-Sprint forums say something along the line of "not for Sprint variant" including the revolution HD thread (all US carriers apart from Sprint)? Yes.
Just take a minute to read through the thread before flashing something. I mean, this is an expensive device where messing with system level files CAN ruin it (obviously) So, don't go jumping into stuff if you aren't going to take the time to understand it.

I thought that fix is just to remove the 4.2.2 multi user sd card issue. I don't think that'll fix your baseband issue. Might be wrong though...

Looks like the 4.4 source code has been added to the SDK since the N5 just came out today!!
Hopefully that means new 4.4 roms for us soon?
Also google has said they are releasing a GPE 4.4 Rom for the HTC One in the next few weeks!
http://www.engadget.com/2013/10/31/google-announces-nexus-5/ (check under the 'Full PR Text')
edit: Also this: http://www.engadget.com/2013/10/31/htc-one-android-kitkat/
~15 days for GPE release
~30 days for Dev Edition Sense
~90 days for Sense on all other US carrier variants

That link is for Tmo AOSP with 4.3 binaries. There are links for international and att variants on that page in first post.
We all just need to be patient and wait for the developers to start cooking up the 4.4 ROMs.
As you mentioned, the GPE HTC One will receive the update soon anyway so once it has we'll start seeing certain ROMs being updated aswell

Imagine we need the 4.4 device tree for the One to come out first.. seems like everyone is waiting for that and/or the official GE Rom to drop as there are a bunch of build issues with the current sources and 4.3 dev tree. May have gotten the terminology wrong there but you get the point.. hopefully soon...

Even if we don't get a port we are getting the actual update in 14 days. Better to wait for a fully working version than a possibly unstable version.

Flashed a the new radio, then pushed the latest firmware after having data drop off issues or no data in good signal areas. The radio flashed fine. And pushing the firm thru fastboot had no errors. But I seem to have worse data connectivity. Anyone know how I check if the firmware took, or did flashing the radio before hand adversely effect the install. I have asked in the appropriate sections, but unfortunately it's gone unanswered.

Maybe because no one else has problems with thr new radio? If the radio was flashed ok it shouldn't jave any problems. You can check your radio version in settings about software info more, baseband.
The latest is 3.62....
If you have problems you can revert to the previous firmware and radio if you are s-off

I mistakenly read the build number. If you know this much I don't see why you can't downgrade your firmware if it's causing issues

i'm not the one with the problem, just trying to help out.sorry if i butted in.
I do have the latest radio, it flashed just fine. However when pushing 3.04.651.2 firmware update, mine did not change, and it was suggested to me that the latest radio would not work correctly unless in junction with the latest firmware. My firmware still reads 3.62.401.1. But I received no errors during the fastboot push. Did I miss a step is what I'm asking. And if I did not. How can I push the firmware again to make for a successful build change. I hope that makes sense

You can flash the new radio without flashing the firmware and it'll work fine. The firmware can only be flashed with fastboot and if the signature of the firmware is broken it can only be flashed if s-off.
Flashing the full firmware won't change anything in your reception, but anyway if you are s-on you should flash the FULL firmware, if s-off you can flash the modified one. Link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=46123838
