Yeah I don't know what involves in flashing the GE bootloader.
I have a dev edition converted to google edtion using full RUU

That's the ENG bootloader as version is 1.39.2000. Just Google for it, it's around somewhere.

Yeah thanks, What version of GB can i flash for my phone.

Update--
I made a goldcard with the guide posted here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1104226
and used it. I inserted the card and flashed the rom but it did not work.

Just run an RUU on it

You need to be completely stock to install update properly. S-off and locked/unlocked bootloader don't influence on update. I have bootloop if I lock my bootloader so I don't lock it before installing updates.
And if I posted that I have SuperCID - it automatically means that I have S-Off.

thanks for the response, i am not supercid, but the upgrade downloaded in the cellphone, i am s-off, unlocked bootloader, and have twrp recovery and stock rom. I need to flash stock recovery first?

better remove it, you can always reflash it after update.
