[Q] flash new firmware.

hye, wanna ask how to flash to other firmware version of GB (from other country)? From currently firmware India version (PDA:N7000XXKL3 CSC:N7000ODDKL1) to Malaysia (PDA: N7000DXLC2 & CSC:N7000OLBLC2). huhu. tq!

1- download stock firmware
2- flash stock firmware with pc odin
3- done

[Q] upgrading android

i m using samsung galaxy mini s5570 and its from ORANGE vendor.
i want to upgrade my android 2.2.1FROYO to any new version
now as its from orange i had to unlock the sim lock so i want to ask that if i upgrade will it get locked again???

No, your phone doesn't get locked if you flash a new rom. I recommend you to flash the latest rom from sammobile.

Download something newer from samfirmware. And do you want custom rom, or just newer?

U can upgrade to gingerbread first, then u can use many custom roms try downloading latest version of firmware for ur region from sammobile..

Create a new acc to download a new official gingerbread firmware for ur provider
Usin odin upgrade to GB
root phone
Install CWM recovery
Install custom roms from this forum

How can I install the original ROM the came with the phone?

Just wondering howto to remove my custom ROM and install the original Nordic ROM that came with my Note? Not neccesaryl the ROM that came with it but latest update...

Its easy. Flash ut through pc Odin.
Look in dr.ketans thread in development section. It has a good guide on how to do it and all the downloadlinks you might need.

You can also use mobile odin instead.

Your current ROM is non rootable directly
You can choose one of following option
-Downgrade to rootable ROM, and update to desired GB ROM with Mobile odin later
-Select prerooted G ROM
-Flash ICS and Root directly
Required all links available on my signature.

If i choose 1st option , means i need to follow "Installation Guide For Older ROM" method rite? and where i to get that .tar and witch ROM should i download, N7000DXLA1 -----------2.3.6----2012 January----------N7000OLBKL2---------------Malaysia----------------------------Download or

Let me know what exact rom you need to have rooted on your device.
Just tell me rom name you want to have then i will suggest exact steps for that.

[Q] Where can I get GT-S5570l Stock ROM's please ? I already lost mine.

I had lost my GINGERBREAD 2.3.6 android and my phone stopped working, after I installed CWM ,
1-Hope I can install it again if you give me a link to it.
