testing my SGM2 with AnTuTu benchmark I found that if I overclock the CPU decreases the power of giving me a score of (1800-1700), but if I do the test without overclocking the GPU score increases (2000-2100)! :/

Use a demanding game like GTA: Vice City, Jetpack Joyride, Icy Tower 2, and other demanding 3D games, and see the difference with overclocking.
Antutu always showed more than 30% better results for cpu at 1126mhz (atleast thats case with GB on 6500D)

Jetpack joyride is a 2d non-demanding game. My phone runs it flawlessly at 60fps

For testing OC i recommend dead trigger. Its best for benchmarking
Jetpack Joyride micro lags on my CM10. (latest)
CM10 and .1 are quite bad for gaming compared to GB. CM9 is quite good but doesnt have OC kernel
If you want it that badly, I can build CM9. I'll sync the sources today.

And if youre doing it just for me-dont do it. Do it for everybody who wants android 4 with very good graphics performance

CM9 in performance test for 3d scored around 450 at 800mhz. CM10 and .1 (and AOKP) scored 360 at 1113mhz, stock and unrooted GB scores 460-480 and GB at 1126mhz over 500.

For my opinion latest CM10.1 build (this from 18.07) is faster than older builds. I don't play any hard core games like GTA or Temple Run 2, but I play Minecraft and I saw a lot of improvements in last 2 builds of CM10.1 than others (even GB too, which is a little bit slower and have 2-5 FPS lower than latest CM10.1).
@xfim could you try CM9 when TheWhisp relase new CM9 build (if it should be). For now on I'm using CM10.1 (even on my old LG O1 I use CM10 and it have simillar performace as our stock GB)

Btw. Im on jenadroid now and it is faster than stock (last time i used stock was 5 months ago lol)

Tried on NexusHD2 - Gingerbread 3.1a and it runs slowly... but it works
Took forever to download the data (longer than 15 mins) so dont buy unless your sure... BTW I have 30mbit fibre connection so its not my end.

Runs on my EU HD2 with dungphp Runnymede v2.1, OC to 1536 MHz with approx 10-15 fps. I think with some tweaks it should be possible to get it smooth.. but we need a developer ^^

Hey guys, I've got it working on HD2 Typhoon ROM with 3d chainfire+nvidia driver. To make it work MAKE SURE download is NOT interrupted in any way and choose NVIDIA plugin BEFORE downloading.
The game is really slow, but i have found out that recording(replay in game) is using a lot of CPU time. If we could disable this, it would help greatly. Also set reduce texture quality and reduce texture size to get few more fps.
You can play quite well from top-down wiev, GTAII style. Enjoy.

This would be nice and maybe there is a way to overclock our Adreno GPU
disabling the replay will sure improve a lot performance.Must be a problem like this,cause in 320x240 resolution the game work almost the same as with full resolution adreno 200 version,and this is really strange

Yes i have smartboot kernel up to 782mhz and governor = performance
check threads on samsung galaxy mini development forum. there you will find ways to overclock your cpu. It all depends on whether you have custom or stock rom =)

806MHz OC and Chainfire 3D - lags like hell. I have to agree with yackovsky, buy a better phone... but to be honest, even Galaxy S I9000 has problems running it decently, so better give up right away.

problem? sgs2 gets 20-25 fps so if you get anything more than 10-12 it is more than ok. I get around 20+ average on my o3d. So maybe it is a bug with phone builts as lower end phones get higher numbers (droids,sgs1).
20N is just a little slower then CM7+Nova11c.
on 20N i get around 2100 quadrant score and on CM7+Nova11c i get 2900 quadrant...
you can try it on CM7 but i also play the game and i got around 20fps

quadrant is the most useless benchmark of all. It shows pbone on stock roms to be slower than it was under froyo while just by using it for a few secs it is clear that gb it is a lot snappier than froyo. All in all there are numerous benchmarks out there that do a decent job instead of quadrant which is lame. just take a look at how much I/O score counts on the overall final and you will get what I mean...

Now I'm on Zeus 6.39o and the game lags, not a lot but also not playable for this kind of games.
I wish that everyone post their experience with the game and how to make it smoother if possible.

Default CPU settings. 300-1000 MHz and no voltage tweak, i mean "0". But at 1350 MHz it launches smoother and faster but not quite different from 1000 mhz.
In mine just first 2-3 sec of first game lags , otherwise its smooth. i am using Stock V20s with diana kernel.

I know that our 2016 le 2 is not going to break any land speed records but I'm just curious about what figures it can post. I am a fan of benchmark scores and before you crucify me, yeah! I know benchmarks don't show real world performance. But would it hurt to run them? FOR SCIENCE??

Please attach a screenshot of whichever benchmark you ran and the score you got. Also tell us which ROM you were using, if you had installed any custom kernel, overclocks, and any other tweaks that could have led you to that marvelous score.
Example:
I recently did a 3DMark test on my le 2 (find the screenshot(s)) attached. My phone is running SmallEUI version 3, illusion kernel v. 2.5, and I had all cores locked on performance. I also had a fan blowing at my phone for a cooling breeze.

Nice scores. My phone on PE 9 scored 67k on Antutu. Must have been a glitch. Were you running any mods?

My phone is less than 2 months old. I must have done something wrong to get such a low score. Your 3D bench looks like mine when I was running smallEUI. I'm installing Arrow OS Pie today. Someone recommended it to me so I am going to try it today.

Mine is week and half. I really want to flash bunch of roms, but this one just works too good so I can't justify it. Have fun and good luck. Btw I noticed in other threads other people having ~70k score, so it's not just you.

Yesterday I tried Arrow OS pie and Lineage 16. They had same problems as most other pie ROMS so I removed them both. My phone is a x526, the 3/64 GB version. On Arrow OS with overload kernel, I got 110k Antutu. Lineage got 105k with stock kernel. But performance is nothing without stability. Especially the camera because my phone is a daily driver. How's your camera working?

Damn, 110k. My brothers rn5 got 115k lol. Latest PE is great. It's stable, I don't notice any UI lag. Camera used to close before when trying to record or night mode, especially if I was in a dark room, but now never. I wiped cache before and after dirty flashing update.

I'm pretty sure overclocking will work but that will ruin its stability. But for the sake of benchmark, I guess we can push higher scores

Yes, overclocking works but just a little bit. Stability goes out the window as soon as you start overclocking the SD652. Since it's a 28nm fab chip, it can't go much faster without catastrophic failure.
I read that according to Qualcomm it can do a maximum of 2.2 ghz at 16nm fab process. That's just 400 mhz faster than the current max speed.

How did you get such a high memory speed? Is the phone stable at that performance level?
After many and many test ... this is my result:
Havoc 2.8 (pie)+ some tweak to thermal engine = 119k-120k on antutu score
Havoc 2.8 (pie) + illuminate kernel + some tweak with smartpack kernel manager + some tweak to thermal engine = 120k-121k on antutu score
If u want more info: ask here and i share screenshot of antutu score and my configurartion and mod to obtain this score.
