No, they will not.
Although they are pretty much the same phone in shape and interface, the Razr M uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor (ARM) and the Razr i uses an Atom processor (x86).
That's a huge difference in architecture, which makes it pretty much impossible to port any ARM based ROM without having all the required sources and libraries. Which we don't.
So short answer: no.

Has anyone tried to flash the razr deodexed rom to this phone yet. Are they identical as far as hardware goes? I'm tempted to try it

The razr uses the same processor as the bionic, the OMAP 4430. It also has the same GPU as well.
The CPU on the razr has be overclocked to run at 1.2Ghz.
The galaxy nexus uses the OMAP 4460 which clocks at 1.5GHz and uses a slightly more powerful GPU than that the 4430 uses.
The nexus has been under locked to run at 1.2Ghz.
In short. The razr and bionic have the same processor and gpu, where they differ is at the kernel level.

So different kernal and locked bootloader= not a good idea?

From what I have read personally, the Razr has the 4460 as well as the Nexus. The Bionic has the 4430. I am pretty sure that is correct.
Sorry, Just an observation.

No, the Razr has a 4430
I heard 4460 as well, but i also dont have one. Id die though if it was another d2g scheme where they repackage a phone with 1 new option and re-release it as "special" if its the same phone only no removable battery. #Phuckthatfone

OMFG The galaxy nexus is the first phone released with 4460.
As for the RAZR...
The motorola site list the processor as 4430.
It was listed as 4460 on their site after the nexus premier but they changed it back and followed it up in the forums by stating they made a typo which was now corrected.
The teardown of the RAZR also reveals A 4430 CHIP.
IT IS NOT A 4460.

I hope this is possible for the Photon 4G, and by the way, the rom can be modified to work with the Bionic.
Back in February, Motorola released a chart with names and dates that told us when each of its Android devices will be getting upgraded to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. Unfortunately, it seems the company won't be able to keep its promise for all the announced devices.
The updated chart now showws that the Motorola Atrix 4G, Photon 4G and the Electrify do not qualify for the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade and will remain on Gingerbread. Other devices remain unaffected, with perhaps some minor changes in dates at most.
Our lovely tegra 2 brother Motorola atrix 4G won't have ICS .and i really feel sorry for them. So is there any possibility to happen this with us guys ? what if lg cancel ics too ?we will stuck in GB!
sorry for this post...

Nah, as our sisterphone SU660 have ICS (leak, but from LG). I'm more than confident that the P990 will recive a official ICS too.
Just wait a few days
Btw, please use our sticky thread next time

LG released yet ICS for SU660 in Korea... Just wait or flash CM10... JB without a lot of bug! I'm using it and it's fantastic! Only video encoding, project butter and H/W don't work... But I suggest you being hopeful, LG is waiting to sell some 4X first!

I've learned my lesson. Nexus Phones only Its a pure google phone and receives all updates upto a certain time of course. The nexux S is on 4.1.1 and i can still see it receiving 1 or 2 major upgrades. If google can just take control make the os for every high end(1Ghz or more) phone and put it on their website it will truly be amazing. I read somewhere that they are trying to do that.

Motorola atrix hd is definitely the best bang for buck.....if we get the loader unlocked it will be the least expensive most powerful device!.....plus is gorgeous!.....get ridda those one x's gx3s and get the hd.
I do not work for motorola or att or any such retailer....just an Android fanatic.....i speak on my own behalf....though any follower will not be disappointed!

Yeah but no one is going to move to a company that doesn't support the phone lineup and customers in order to have an influx of people willing to develop for the phone. You're counting on people to improve a phone when they're not even using it :/
Im not counting on anything.lol......maybe i shouldve not put the word needed in the subject......its just a great device......and ive used nearly all!

Atrix HD is definitely a powerful device with so much potential. We need some devs here. Moto has abandoned Atrix and I believe they won't abandon Atrix HD considering its powerful features.

I have owned a ton of phones over the last 5 years. Apple is probably the best quality, but IOS blows. After the for quality Motorola is the best choice IMO.
They may have dropped the ball with the previous Atrix models, I work for AT&T and the Motorla spokesperson guy came in to review the Atrix HD with us, picking one up myself today probably, said they're rolling out Jellybean for it soon...Wether that means this year, or 2 years from now, who knows...but he said they WILL be updating it.

Yeah I just saw this.
Thanks
My post stands correct! Just..the timeline is a little sooner
If they get this out soon it will be awesome, but if a dev pushes out a less bloated version, it will be amazing!! Either way the root is out and good things are to come for the AHD. So glad i didn't get a one x or a gs3!!!!
Let the games begin!!!!!
Just found out that the the top trio of LG phone: O4X, Op Vu, and Op G apparently have their bootloader locked
http://www.engadget.com/2012/10/23/lg-optimus-g-comes-with-locked-bootloader/
Maybe we can join forces with Op Vu and Op.G users to push the manufacturer to change their mind.
Sent from my LG-P880 using xda app-developers app
Optimus G and O4X are not that different.. but I believe there will be much more devs for the OG, so if one of them manages to hack the bootloader, perhaps his method will be ported to the O4X ?
Optimus G is running a Qualcom Snapdragon S4 chipset, while 4X is running Nvidia Tegra 3. There won't be any cross-develpments I guess.
What is the diferrence between armv7 rev1 and Armv7 rev2?
Sent from my HTC Incredible S using XDA Premium HD app
Both are the same architecture, rev2 is an upgraded version of the rev1 chip. Sort of like the tegra 3 and the tegra 3+
They both belong to the same generation of chipsets, but may differ in chip size, die cast size, RAM management, voltage, K-value of materials used and so on

Not necessarily, two identical CPUs may differ enough so that one can be overclocked about 1Ghz while the other might be unstable at 100MHz overclock.

I dont know much about mobile processors but I assume it follows the same concept as Desktop processors. Lets assume the i5 2500k is Arm v7 rev1 while the i5 3570k is the Arm v7 rev2. Just cuz the i5 3570k is newer does not necessarily mean it will clock better or hold temperatures as well. Yes i do know the latter i5 is built with a smaller die size but thats not my point
To answer your question, it really comes down to luck on how well you can clock your processor.
